I reserved a suite, it had a windows on both sides. It made the room nice, bright, and sunny. The room is huge, bathroom was large with 2 sinks bath room and a walk-in closet. The shower and toilet room was a bit small, they could have made the shower and toilet room bigger. It had a big jacuzzi in the middle of the room. The bed was huge and comfortable. Electric operated curtains, a nice touch. This was the second room, the first room was with very strong smoke smell, and front desk changed the room right away, the second room was 4 floors lower, The front desk service was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the bell desk was very kind and helpful, I asked him for directions to the conference room, and he actually took me all the way there and showed me a short cut way by using the elevator to the conference room. Very good stay!

After driving for 5 hours from the Bay Area
-it took forever to find parking in their garage. - - Then at check in the self check in doesn’t work if you tap your card - no one tells you this - we finally got a live agent who was so annoyed we had to use her
- the initial room they gave us wasn’t even cleaned
- we were given another room but the bathtub would do this weird loud spontaneous plumbing noise waking us up at 7 am
