It is an old hotel, but the rooms were nice clean spacious. Parking structure was almost full when we got there so that was a struggle.

Room was nice although bathroom door stuck. Half of the dinning facilities were closed, only open on weekends. Still charged the full resort fee though. Everything is expensive, even valet parking costs $15. $10.00 for a bottle of water???

After making the reservation, I reached out to the front desk to let them know it was a special occasion, I put in a few different requests but no acknowledgements whatsoever! reserved a king bed but when we go to the front desk she gave us 2 queens and said she had no other rooms! No DND sign in the room! 5am comes and I was trying to make coffee- coffee pot was broken! Housekeeping had to bring another one up. Both drains in the bathroom were plugged up, therefore, no drainage! There was also old trash on the floor! Nothing was done that I asked, being my wife’s birthday I wanted it to be something special. It wasn’t! The whole staff, even at the restaurant acted like they hated life. I would NEVER stay here again! Old, broken and tired all around. Spend your money somewhere else! This place doesn’t care about making guest experiences a good one. They only care about numbers. Believe me, do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time here!

Air conditioner does not keep room cool. We sweat every night. Thermostat is set to 60 and it’s got to be over 80 in the room. Opening the door doesn’t help because the hallway is just as hot.

Elevators were malfunctioning, hot tub wasn’t available all weekend, and a slow check in. We had 7 people on a family trip. Quick stay would be ok for future but will not return for family trips.

We booked a king suite. Super small.
No amenities. Minimal towels.
View of the roof pipes.
We paid for a late check out. Even so our card keys stopped working and housekeeping entered with a simple knock.

The hotel was confusing to navigate at first, but I was able to master the many "levels" on each floor. Because it was a mid-week visit many of the amenities I expected were not available, such as breakfast at Millie's and the gift/sundries shop.

We always enjoy our stay at Eldorado. This yeaar we ran into a couple of un happy suprises.
Pool did not open until 9 AM. Why not? It is not supervised.
Arrived at 2;30 PM to check-in. It would have cost $39.oo extra to check in 30 min early. I understand if my room is not avaiolabolr, but this is just greedy!

The good was the easy check-in. After the check-in everything went downhill.
Customer service is terrible and their security guards don’t do anything but pick fights with children that have disabilities. Not very happy and will not stay here for future visits. One word describes it. Terrible!

Room was very nice, clean. Worn in a few places but not bad. Thon walls, was woken up by neighbor using a blow dryer. Staff is fairly sparse, a lot of things are automated including check in and check out. Good food options. Overall good experience.
