The hotel is an old hotel that's been restored. The rooms are clean. They are large. They are comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The hotel has gone out of their way to make things special. The breakfast is good and made to order. Omelettes anyway you want them. There is a fireplace in the lobby. There's an Olympic sized swimming pool, and it is heated. There is a bar that serves appetizers in the evening. This is the place we will come back to for the balloon festival and to explore the many vineyards of Temecula.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Conveniently located close to the venue where we were attending a weddiig. Check-in was painless and staff were great.

I’m this was the worst Hilton property I have stayed at. The hotel is run down. Shower head loose, duck tape on the bathroom ceiling and overall dingy room. Hallways and room could use some touch up paint.

The staff was incredibly pleasant and their hospitality was superb! One of the best overall staff experiences ever. Thank you!
The property was mediocre and worn down, the carpet in the room smelled daily upon re-entry, and the tile and tub was worn and stained from years of use. For the elevated price due to the area, the physical property was really poor. I have to stay again in that area and I’m torn.

Run down building. Rooms run down. Need to upgrade sofa beds. Mattress springs poking. The cabinets coming apart. Wood on cabinets all chipped away. For $300 a might, it felt like a dump.

I’ve stayed here twice before. This time I was so disappointed. We arrived at 4pm, check in time, just to find out that they oversold the rooms and couldn’t give us an estimate on when a room would be ready. The concierge was rude. There were MANY people waiting. We cancelled our room! It was not a pleasant vibe.
