Embassy Suites by Hilton Temecula Valley Wine Country

We liked to location and convenient access to many wineries. Some renovations need to happen as there were some areas in the room that look worn-out as well as near the elevators.

Room is in awful condition

The staff was superb. The made-to-order-breakfast and Happy Hour and food at the bar was just great! The room was big. Pool was fabulous. Location off 15 made it easy to get anywhere you want. I'll be back!

Nice room Good quality bedding for king bed Sofa however is not comfortable Only suitable for children Breakfast was not properly refilled for affluence.

I can not say enough wonderful things about the staff at Embassy Suites Temecula! They went above and beyond to help and do extra for us !

Great place to stay

The rooms were clean, but it’s run down and needs updates. Rusted door frames around the bathrooms. Pocket doors to suites/bedroom was broken and couldn’t close it. The door to the bathroom was very hard to open and close. We stayed for 4 nights and had to ask for room service after the second night and they did wipe counters, dropped towels and empty trash on the 3rd day. The coffee bar in the room was never refilled. When I asked for towels/room service they explained they were too busy turning over other rooms which leads me to believe they were understaffed. That being said the front desk staff was very polite. Breakfast staff and chefs working the omelet station were excellent. It’s just older, needs repairs and updates and seemed understaffed.

It felt like home.

Unfortunately we got a room with a toilet that kept filling and it was pretty loud. Maintenance tried maybe 5 times to fix it with no luck. For 2 nights we had to sleep through it To compensate, they waived our dinner cost. But only comped the food, not the drinks, and there was a gratuity added after i tipped myself not knowing. The employees were all nice and the best part. We just got unlucky

We loved it. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were great

Very old inside the room including furniture. Toilet would run non-stop after you flush. Would have to lift the lid to the tank to stop it from running. A lot of noise throughout the night. Must be a hotel where individuals could reside for periods at a time. Would never stay there again.

Everything was just Great and located close to all our activities, Loved it!!!

Great breakfast with made to order omelets. Room was comfortable but the bath faucet was dripping and I couldn’t get it to shut off. The bed and pillow were comfortable but there was a small hole in the sheet and there wasn’t a mattress pad on the bed. Bathroom needs better lighting.

My stay was pleasant, warm and welcoming. I'd stay here again. Added to my Favorites

My friend and I went for a girl's getaway weekend and it was just what we needed. Relaxing, fun and it was so super clean. Had such a good time there. If I ever go and stay in Temecula again, definitely where I'd stay again.

This trip was for an overnight stay for me and my husband. They literally stocked the room with one wash cloth! We ask for toothpaste and they told us to “walk down to front desk”

Stayed in Temecula overnight to celebrate a birthday and went to wineries. It was a perfect place to stay.

Quick stay but worth it.
