The customer service was excellent. The room was pretty dirty and it had cobwebs sticky floor stains on the carpet. Cracked mirror rust in the sink. But the customer service was fantastic if they were rude, we would’ve just left. The workers should get a really huge raise for the conditions they have to work in.

Went there for Mother’s Day for a staycation with the wife. Whole family had a great time and Enrique at the front desk was amazing. Would definitely go back, especially with the service that Enrique gave to our family.

I have stayed at Embassy Suites before and knew what to expect. After waiting 45 minutes after placing dinner order I was told by the manager the meal would be deleted from my room charge

The shower knob was hard to turn, and there appeared to be mold on the bathroom shower ceiling. It’s in a good location but I don’t think I will stay there again.

The outside of the property is very nice and historic looking however the interior is very outdated. There was a severe sewage backup that stunk up the entire lobby/bar area. Our room was extremely outdated. The bathroom slider door kept coming off the hinge, and our tv was malfunctioning. Maintenance was called and the issue was supposedly resolved however it was not. They were very understaffed which hindered the quality of care however certain staff members we polite. The only positive experience from my stay was the breakfast buffet. The made to order grill was delicious! Overall, it was less than okay. I don’t see our family staying here again until renovations are done.

The properties customer service was poor, upon check in. Although there was confusion due to Expedia not providing the necessary information to the hotel, there were no efforts to problem solve. The hotel just wanted me to pay for the room twice. In addition, the hotel is ran down, there’s poorly done repairs to the property which is not esthetically pleasing, and there was a fool odor coming for the bar/dining area. The “breakfast” was limited to an omelette, pork sausage and cereal, which is beyond basic. I would NOT Recommend this location for any price over $100.

Terrible loud, broken sliding doors for bedroom and bathroom. Broken and loud air conditioning. No bedding for the uncomfortable pull out couch. We stayed in two rooms too and both were the same. Not a good place if you are looking for convenience and a quiet atmosphere for your family. Good breakfast and nice pool but the rooms need to be updated.
