Embassy Suites by Hilton Temecula Valley Wine Country

The staff were exceptional—friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast and bar were great additions that really enhanced the experience. Our room was clean and comfortable, though we did encounter a few spiders from time to time. Aside from that minor issue, it was a lovely hotel and an enjoyable visit. The only issue was at check-in they put us in a room that was occupied and the people inside were taking a shower, luckily, I was the only one to get a show and not my kids. We’ll definitely be back for the hotel not the extra show.

I regret to inform you that several issues significantly impacted the comfort and convenience of our stay: • Room 104 was not ready upon check-in due to a delay in providing linens. • Towels were missing in Room 104, and despite multiple requests, they were not promptly delivered. • The bathroom faucet in Room 103 was broken. • The television in Room 104 was not functioning. • The air conditioning unit in one of the rooms was unusually loud and had to be disconnected. • Some entry doors were not accessible for our guest with a disability, which created unnecessary difficulty. • The ice machine was out of order. • The breakfast area was out of plates by 9:00 AM and had no coffee available by 10:00 AM. • Elevator doors not closing properly While we understand that occasional maintenance issues can arise, the combination of these problems—particularly given the presence of a disabled guest in our group—made the stay frustrating and disappointing, especially when compared to a previous enjoyable visit at the same property. I share this feedback in the spirit of constructive improvement and out of appreciation for the Hilton brand’s usual high standards. I trust that these matters will be reviewed so that future guests can enjoy the level of service and accommodation Hilton is known for. Thank you for your time and attention. I would appreciate a response and hope to see improvements implemented in the future.

We booked a queen bed through expedia but we got a full bed instead. They did not change our room and gave us a 10% discount to make up for it . This was not satisfactory

First time staying here. I loved it. I was close to winery’s, restaurants, etc…

I would say here again. Our room needs updating. Dirty and snagged carpet. Everything worked in the room. Fantastic breakfast and afternoon happy hour

Unfortunately, this property did not meet my expectations. The room had a broken ironing board and when we tried calling the front desk, we realized that the phone was also broken. My husband walked to the front desk & one if the supposedly secured doors was open revealing it was broken as well, allowing people to enter freely that weren't guests. Both my husband & I were glad we only booked for one night orherwise we would have searched for alternative lodging.

Clean room and nice dining service

This property was unlike other embassy suites experiences I have had in the past. The building was very run down on the inside, chipped paint everywhere, furniture very worn, no hair conditioner in the bathroom (empty bottle) The Tv in the bedroom did not work. Double bed was way too small. Mgr reception there was not enough space to get in and the breakfast in the morning started way too late when we had to drive 9 hrs. Sometimes hotels have given us breakfast bags when we had to leave early. Your employees were the best though, especially Ceasar and Laila.

We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites Temecula Valley Wine Country! The location was perfect—close to wineries and downtown. The room was clean, spacious, and great for families. We especially appreciated the cooked-to-order breakfast and evening reception—such a nice touch! The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Temecula!

Cozy hotel near everything, groceries, gas stations, restaurants, liquor store, etc. One minute off the freeway. A bit dated features, e.g., bathroom door couldn't lock, carpets can use some cleaning, slow elevator, but nothing entirely I cared for too much. Shower pressure was great for me. Staff was delightful and accommodating. Enjoyed all the amenities! Excellent breakfast! Yes, I will be back. Thank you, Embassy Suites (Temecula). Stay great!

Great hotel and great staff. Some areas like the elevators need some renovation.

Room room did not match what we had booked. Staff were helpful to amend the situation. Location was near everything we had planned to explore.
