Good service, good facilities. Great breakfast.

My room was not ready yet and the front desk clerk was able to get me room that was ready with a bigger bed. Thank you. They were very kind as well. Complimentary drinks and snacks at reception was also a plus 👍

Great location to access Old Town and Wineries. Staff was attentive, hotel was clean, rooms were comfortable.

Rooms noisy, door to bedroom did not work. Couldn't closeout hallway noise.

Manager’s reception in the evening with wine and made-to-order breakfast. Near wineries and concert venues on Temecula. Friendly staff and bigger rooms.

The staff in the breakfast area were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The sink in room 450 had a small leak. We did check out by 9 am but our receipt said we checked out after 2 which is incorrect.

Unfortunately we went on winery visits and upon returning room was not attented to, no housekeeping had been preformed. Needed front desk to provide linnens and service counter supplies....

They had a happy hour that was nice but it was understaffed. They advertised steak quesadillas as a special but after waiting for over 40 minutes we found out the order had not been started and we canceled. We received no reason for the delay nor an apology. The hotel had a lot of wear and tear. The bathroom door had damage and carpeting was very dirty. It was very disappointing for a major chain.

Couldn’t check in until 6:30 because system down. Room had hair on toilet and sink, food crumbs on couch, door lock to patio was broke off and an extra fee for parking.

We really enjoyed our stay in every way. The hotel was very nice and clean. Service was awesome & staff very friendly. We loved that we got complimentary drinks & the free breakfast was awesome. I've already recommended it to two other families.

The room that you showed that was available looked nothing like what we receive. We were given a suite that is Handicap Accessible, which was not what i requested. Wall paper in bathrom coming off the wall around toilet, the carpet was discussing, dirty with some kind of spots. I will nver again book true Expedia or stay at an Embassy Suites by Hilton. When i asked the manager about my concerns his respond was" you booked true Expedia we only have a few rooms available at that prize for the customers". My interpertaition to his answer "Since the cost of the room was cheap you can't expect to stay in a super nice, clean, elegant room." So i will not be staying in any of your properties and i will be letting friends and family know of what occured to us. Sincerely, Patrizia Haun

The lighting in the parking lot and hallways leading to rooms is a little dim.

Check in was a mess, long line and our room was not ready. After waiting in line twice to check-in, we asked if they could just all us when our room was ready. We were called a little after 5:00 p.m. The room was okay, had a strange smell when we walked in but we got used to it I guess, and didn't notice it after we were in the room for a bit. Bed was comfortable, bathroom and shower worked great and were clean. We noticed we did not have a remote control for either of the TVs so we had to call down to get a replacement. The morning breakfast was a bit chaotic and busy. Lots of hungry people. We arrived about 30 minutes before breakfast was over, so a few things were out, but that was to be expected for the end of the breakfast time. I could see staff were working hard! Not sure if I would stay here again, but it was fine for one night.

The only thing that I like from the hotel was the pool, the staff, I like the ladies at the recepción when I check in, But after that, the lady tha Made the omelettes on Tuesday was kind of rude. But I love the girl Wednesday and Thursday. My room was full on trash and dirty towels, the remote wasn’t working, and the tv. Also the conditioner at the shower was empty.so my husband call the lady front desk at the 7am, asking kindly to fix those things and clean the room.. And if is possible after 10am to give us time to get out of the room. We return around 3, and the room wasn’t clean. So I ask to clean the room, they said n any moment somebody is going to clean, but we return to our room at 6:30pm and nobody came. Nobody care, the staff look at me like a was nothing, that’s what I feel. I choose these hotel over other ones because looks like was a nice one. But not And wasn’t the cheapest one. Next time emmbssy suites it’s not gonna be my option
