We had an amazing time everything was very clean and the staff very helpfull.

It was a very nice, vlean and affordable option. The location is great and the highway is right nearby. The room was very clean and ordor free. It was nice having a separate sitting area, fridge and microwave. There was omelet station, impressive breakfast buffet and a nightly reception with complimentary drinks and snacks. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Great stay! My only criticism would be the bedroom light's shape made it impossible to plug in my charger.

Its located in a very convenient area. Many places to see! The breakfast was amazing. Furniture needed update. Sliding door could not be opened to get out on the balcony.

I travel often and am a Hilton Honors member, but my experience at Embassy Suites Temecula Valley Wine Country was absolutely appalling. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff treated me with open hostility. I asked a simple question about price matching, and rather than answering politely, they immediately became defensive and dismissive. Then I was told the hotel was “100% booked” and that even if I found availability on a third-party site, I’d be turned away. Minutes later, I booked a room through Expedia from the parking lot—proof that their “no availability” claim was false. When I went back in, suddenly a room was available. The staff tried to claim a cancellation magically occurred in the 5–7 minutes I was outside. That excuse was laughable, since I had already seen the Expedia room listed before I booked it. When I pressed for an explanation, one agent flatly told me, “Sir, I don’t have to tell you anything,” and called over a supervisor. Instead of resolving the issue, the supervisor doubled down on the hostility, talked over me, and threatened to refuse me service entirely, despite my Hilton Honors status. Another staff member outright denied saying things I had just heard with my own ears—gaslighting at its finest. Eventually, they grudgingly handed me a room key but informed me it was a subpar room with a portable AC unit—no choice offered. To make matters worse, the supervisor threatened to place me on a “do not serve” list, permanently banning me

It was very hot out there in Tamecula this week. But coming back to my nice cool room and a living room to enjoy. I was able to relax and enjoy the cool air. Take a nice nap. Went to dinner at the bar. The salmon was amazing! The bar tender was hilarious! She kept us all entertained. Kinda felt like I was at cheers. And I loved that the grocery store was right up the street!! And old town was right around the corner. I had a wonderful time! I would definitely go back!!

Nice property & good location

Noise Issues The room had very poor sound insulation. We could clearly hear footsteps and stomping from the room above. From the room next door, we could hear the TV, conversations, and even snoring throughout the night.

The hotel is run down. The room I stayed in the Air condition was very loud it sound like a truck was going through the room. There was spot on the couch and the walls are very thin, you could hear the people above us above us and outside our door.

Pet & kid friendly hotel that we enjoyed our Labor Day weekend at. Our rooms had a very small sitting/kitchen area with adjoining bath & bedroom. It is still quite small but we spent most our time at the large pool while at the hotel. We brought our little senior dog & was able to take him everywhere with us as Temecula is very dog friendly! The Embassy staff that we interacted with were all very friendly & helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
