I booked 5 nights here for over $1,000, and it was one of my worst hotel experiences. The room looked completely different from the photos. The first night I checked in, I found a hairball stuck to the back of the hair dryer, stains in the shower, and stains on the carpet. The whole place smells like mold, is extremely dated (worse than a standard motel), and felt unsafe at night. On top of that, the elevator was broken when we arrived, so we had to carry our luggage up to the third floor. I didn’t feel comfortable staying here and ended up moving to another hotel nearby even though the hotel refused to refund me. The only thing good is that the front desk staff are actually quite friendly and helpful, but they can’t do much to help with the problem either. For women traveling alone: please avoid this place at all costs. The photos and high rating on Expedia are completely misleading

I booked this hotel because Friday night I had to be at MSG and Saturday I had to be at Space Events in Fort Lee. This hotel was 5 minutes from the event Saturday night. Extremely convenient. The room was nice for the most part, but was somewhat outdated and needed some TLC. Blackout curtains had holes, locks on doors were kind of old looking, the elevators sounded old, prayed I didn’t get stuck, no microwave in the room but had a fridge. I think there was a pool but never went. Would stay again for convenience, not for a leisure stay.

This hotel was convenient for going to NYC the next day. The property is in a high traffic area and has a dated style.

In a cellular deadzone to start off because it’s in a low area kind of ravine (which is flood prone during heavy showers). Both laundry facilities were ‘temporarily closed for service’ even though I checked the rooms were unlocked and units works, they apparently don’t want guests doing laundry. Top it off every outlet in our room was loose to the point I just used the battery pack I packed with us. The beds have sheets for comforters (yes they don’t have blankets on the beds). The pool was closed in July 2025, not sure why and the breakfast may as well not be listed (coffee and mini-muffins), so bring your own food (oh yea, no microwave in room either). It’s about a 30 minute walk to get to the GWB plaza station but be prepared to hike to start your day to get into NY. Uber pickup and drop-off is somewhat convoluted because of the design of the highway with no crossing nearby. This is probably the best you will find for <200$/night this close to NYC so that is a plus and for the age of the property it seemed relatively maintained and clean. We did find a freaking chicken nugget and kids garment left behind from the previous guests in our drawers if that is any indication of the housekeeping I was being generous on the cleaning!!! WiFi was decent for browsing but seems to drop session every hour so keep logging into the captive portal.

The pool was shut down. You had to go past hotel to get to it. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay then stay here. Continental breakfast was mini muffins. Front desk help was not friendly. If you want more or if your hotel stay somewhere else.
