I booked two rooms with one night stay when I show them the confirmation email. But the front desk only reply one room available because all rooms were sold out and only get one room order from Hoptels.com. I can only contact Hotels.com to find out what is happen. After the international call to Signapore, I got two order numbers (Hotels.com to the hotel) and shown them to the front desk and two rooms were available then. I am wondering if anyone can compensate my extra cost on the international call to complete the check-in. And what is happened between Hotels.com and the selected hotels ?

When I arrived at Extended Stay America Austin Metro, I was immediately put in a dangerous situation. An employee’s dog jumped on me the moment I stepped onto the property. I am deathly afraid of dogs, and this was terrifying. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility for their employee’s animal attacking a guest, the staff told me to leave the hotel. At that moment, I was told I would receive a refund since I was being removed through no fault of my own. That was a lie. They refused to return my money and hid behind their “no refund” policy, even though the entire incident was caused by them. This is a property that allows employees’ dogs to jump on guests, then kicks the guest out, and finally keeps your money like they’re reaching right into your pocket. Completely unprofessional, unsafe, and unethical. If you value your safety, your sanity, and your wallet, stay far away from this place. There are plenty of other hotels in Austin that don’t treat paying guests like disposable nuisances.

The property smells and front desk clerk had an altitude while I was checking in. Never again!

By far the best experience ive had from the Extended Stay America chain. Extremely clean and well maintained and the setup of the rooms were great

We changed rooms twice. In the first room the bathroom sink was stopped up with gross debris in the sink. The second room was filthy and smelled like cigarette smoke. The third room still had garbage in the trash can from the last occupants. People at the front desk did change the room but were not nice.

If roaches, sticky floors and frivolous fees for amenities that would otherwise be standard (like fresh linens) are your thing, well, this place would be a match for you. Not to mention the cracked sink and barely functional shower...but those are things adventurous travelers can discover for themselves.

I like the friendly atmosphere at this quiet and cozy place!

No dishes or cookware rven though it had a kitchen. No coffee pot. Gront drsk is closed from 10p-10a so no one to help you when you have an isdue like our toilet getting clogged 3 hours after arriving. Very ghetto hotel smelled like weed all in the building. Will never stay again !
