i like the location price was okay

Bed is hard and it was leftover clothes under our bathroom sink.

The room was dingy. They was doing a lot of stuff in the hallways. Couldn’t really move. The elevator broke on me. I had to wait five minutes for it to get fixed. Just basically don’t recommend.

It’s fair for the price, but how dirty it was really bothered me. There was hair on the night stands, brown stains on the toilet, etc

The AC unit needs to be cleaned thoroughly more frequently , the bathtub had some stains all over.

Hallways were stink. Animals living in the rooms idk just stinky

I've stayed a lot of places. And this is by far the most friendliest staff I've ever met each, and every one of them had their own personality and brought their A. Game and to the table I was pleasantly happy. I stayed about 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend it to anybody. I would love to stay again sincerely, Mandy, Johnston. Thanks team

I did book in at these Extended Stay as I was on the go to Miami Airport and needed 2 nights to stay somewhere . knowing the purpose of these kind of Hotel I did find it overall quite ok and would choose this Extended Stay again. It was quiet and clean against other long time stays in other Extended Stay Hotels. Staff was helpfull and everything went smooth. So to me it was esay going and as already mentioned, I would choose this Hotel again.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The facility lacks maintenance upkeep and cleanliness.

Incrível a limpeza e a arrumação. Café da manhã bom, apenas precisa de reposição mais frequente.excelente custo-benefício. Nperro de universidade, restaurante e praia.

My reservation was made in error, and I asked to be refunded as I never went to this hotel. i’m still waiting for management to either contact me or give me a refund.

Convenient

We check-in everything was fine but, when we went to bed something was biting me when i awoke i had welts on my arms. I went down to complain to the front desk. The person on the front desk saw the welts on my arm talked to someone and we were placed in another room the next day. Meanwhile I did not get much to no sleep at all. I think i should get some of my money back. The rest of the stay was good and i did sleep the next nite.

Not very clean, not maintained well, I was given a room that someone was already in, keys to new room didn’t work on 2 separate occasions and had to go back down to lobby. The lady that recharged my cards just asked what room and didn’t verify if I was indeed in that room, there was a crack on our room window. The phone chargers on the lamps did not work unless they were on. Toilet seat was scratched up, some hair in the tub. The rear exterior door was not working so when there was no parking in front we had to park in the rear and walk around the exterior of the building to get inside.
