Extended Stay America Select Suites - Atlanta - Duluth

This hotel should not be listed on hotels.com. It is a permanent residents for crackheads. Yelling in the hallways and smelling of weed everywhere. I arrived around 10pm and found the lobby front desk closed down with a roll up door. I called twice to the local hotel number and after 30 min someone showed up to bring me a key for my room. There was at least two yelling/domestic disputes while waiting for someone to show. Fire alarm went off in the early morning and whistled for a few minutes. If you want the “live like a crackhead” experience this is your place. I don’t think they get daily hotel visitors, I’m pretty sure this is solely used for permanent residents with issues. Like I said, no front desk. Even at checkout at 9am, lobby desk locked up. Horrible place. Sad thing is that it’s a newer hotel and the room was not awful.

I paid for the hotel thru hotels. Com reservations. When I got there THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED!!!! I PAID FOR A ROOM THAT I DIDNOT STAY IN!! No one to talk to for help, no room key, no refund!! The place was in a sketchy part of town. The worst experience ever!!

I never got to stay! No one ever came to the desk to assist me in getting checked in. I tried to use the phone labeled late check in but it was broken. I called an agent and he got no one as well. At this point I just want my full refund

Property is run down and people seem to actually live there permanently.

The hotel is not clean, it smelled a lot of marijuana and the rooms are also very dirty, they smell bad and a lot of noise, there were cockroaches

The whole building smelled horrible . The room was stuffy and smelly as well, there was even a used nail clipper in the room 😖 . I guess you really get what you pay for . Never again

Staff is not available 24hours and very noisy upstairs and the tub looks very old.

I liked the room ok, front desk was very good. But ith back doors were propped open with rocks and there were people sleeping on the stairs. Homeless? I don't know . I walked past four the morning I checked out. Needless to say it was safety concern to me. What if after someone sneaks in they break into a room, or attack someonwalking in the hall. A little under ing for me
