Affordable but Understaffed – A Noisy, Chaotic Stay While the hotel's price was reasonable, the lack of staff made for a frustrating experience. Gangs were partying loudly right outside our room—literally in the parking lot—all night long, with no one to address the noise. Trying to check out early (at 8 AM!) was impossible—the front desk was completely closed, shut behind a metal roller door. We ended up just dropping our key in the glass box and leaving. Never again. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

One of the worst experiences ever. Homeless encampment basically outside our window and noise all night long. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and insisted on booking online for a cheaper rate. The vending machines are crazy expensive.

I loved that there was a kitchenette in the room, the bed was very comfortable and they actually had fluffy pillows and soft clean bedding. Was not a fan of the fact that the shower head and water pressure was horrible, and the vent in the bathroom didn’t work at all so it made taking a shower very uncomfortable and like more of a task than a luxury. The last thing I need to note that I did not like about my stay is that housekeeping did not come and check on me during my stay which was 4 days, so clean towels, trash, any other needs or cleaning needed is done upon request if there is someone at the front desk when you call to request it. But overall, yes I would stay again.

Someone needs to be available in this area 24 hours a day. Two people having no fight in parking area. Needs security

Was a great hotel except for someone stealing out of my car and the hotel said they couldn't do anything

When we 1st book the room it stated that their was going to be grab and go breakfast. There wasn't. The room itself and the hallways smelled really bad. The hard wood floors were very dirty you had to where shoes at all times. When we opened the refrigerator it was dirty and smelled. There was no ice machine. The freezer has ice trays but the freezer also looked dirty. All that was given was a small bar of soap no shampoo. If you wanted Wi Fi you have to pay for it.

My room smelled like a cigar. It was horrible.

The area is kind of ghetto. Sketchy people are always outside. But….the building itself is really clean for being older. The room was clean and comfortable.

Restroom had a foul smell like athletes foot. The room was okay but the hotel needs remodeling and stop treating it like a homeless shelter.

Everybody was helpful and friendly

Most of the time it was pretty quiet, However, there was a couple nights with the police were here which made a lot of noise.

Everything was pretty much quiet except for the drug trafficking

Property was close to work and it just seemed to be nice. But I did not like was all running up and down the halls in the middle of night

It was noisy at night with people running up and down the hallways.

Bunch of crackheads running in and out at all hours noisy didnt sleep at all

Tolit overflowed all the way out in to the entire room damaged some of my belongings had to change rooms immediately horrible experience also was unable to use phone you have to pay saying you can only call inside the hotel for free also no attendent until 10 am so the manager Deb really helped out so thank you

The room was not clean and it smells bad ... there is no one in front desk I will not stay there again Also the bed was not clean i found a hair in the bed ...thats to say sheeets never changed never been cleaned...bad sorry

NEVER again!! I'm sorry not sorry but I had to back up and run out of my room at 5 am this morning because there were roaches flying and crawling around my room. There was a dead one in toilet when I got in. I don't know what those 10/10 reviews were about but either somebody is lying or I just got the short creepy crawler end of the stick.
