Very clean but very bare bones as I expected. They don’t man the front desk after 10:00 pm so I had to call since I arrived closer to 10:30 pm. No other real issues aside from very minimal when it comes to soap, towels, etc. it really is the most minimal of amenities but they’re up front about it. Like the full size fridge & freezer.

There is nobody at the desk from 10 PM until 9 AM. The room was neat and clean enough but had a distinct chemical(not cleaning products) smell. The door was open when i got to the room as it wouldn't latch unless it was slammed extremely hard.

The price and allowing pets is great. You could tell the floor hasn’t been swept or mopped in a while even though housekeeping woke us up at 9:30 to clean even though checkout was at 11. Also breakfast is advertised but not offer for this location.

The room was bug infested and there was no one at the front dest after a certaim time to assist with anything. We killed 8 bugs (mostly roaches) within the first hour of the stay.

I ultimately left after I saw all of the bugs that were running through the room. The fact that it is not staffed 24/7 is also a negative. I also did not feel secure. If you have a parking spot specifically for the police at your entrance, something is wrong!!!!!

The staff provided a good customerr service in a friendly manner; I asked for a new riom since the A/C was not working and the person in charge help me to swtich the rooms quickly.
Unfortunately the rooms are ugly, the smell to cigarrettes are strong, crowdy everywherre and a dig making noise at nigjt. Not recommendable at all, is my 3rd time in a extended stay hotel in different cities, will not book again in this chain

Had to change rooms due to roach infestation. The second room had roaches but not as bad. Bed was uncomfortable and was lopsided. The stove top burners kept turning off so cooking took forever. At no time I felt clean in the room. Sleep with all my clothing on and was hesitant to take off my shoes at all. The room door rattled like someone was trying to open it every time another door closed.
