I came to stay just one night Tory concert and was greeted promptly when I came in. When I went to go talk to them regarding my dogs and inquiring where my dogs needed to go to the bathroom the person at the front desk was very informative and provided my pups some treats! They made myself and my pups feel very welcomed

Got to check in late and no employees around had to call the office twice and 30mins later we were able to start the check in process. Truly find unappreciated and un welcomed.

Infestation of ants coming in from cracks all over the hotel room and bathroom. Gathered in clusters. Lifted up the sheets and there were bugs underneath and blood. Lifted up the couch cushions and there was food from the most recent guest underneath. Sinks weren’t clean. Debris left from previous tenants. Was here for a work stay and left early to check in somewhere else because of how disgusting this place was. No toiletries or clean towels. Entire place reeked of smoke.

When you know better you do better , you live how you was raised , holiday inn and suites, whyndam suites, hell even comfort innn ,would never !!! They need new management and employees, or they need to be shut the hell down ASAP!!! NEVER AGAIN !! “ cause wasn’t absolutely nothing extended nor suite about it at all

There was supposed to be a carry out breakfast but there wasn’t. The desk area was closed 10:00 pm till 9:00 or 10:00 am. There was a kitchen in the room but no glasses or coffee maker, no ice machine, no snack machine or drink machines. They allow dogs which is nice but the walls are so thin we could hear a dog barking at night. Also there was a large puddle of urine in the elevator. They did clean it up quickly though. Won’t stay there again.

We stayed here 1 night upon arrival to GRR. Overal it was a good stay. The bed was good, not great but wasn't terrible. Thr next day the frond desk lady wa svery friendly and asked how our stay was. The only thing is that one of the sude doors to get into the building is jammed, it took many attempts inserting yhe key card for the door to open. Someone actually told us thar eventually it will open. That was 11 pm, we wanted to rest and not to stay outside teying to get in.

The first room I was assigned smelled like urine. However, I have been known to mis-identify odors, so that smell may well have been the through-wall AC unit. AC units will emit a urine-like smell when there is a buildup of mold and bacteria from condensation on the cooling fins (internally).
They assigned me another room without question. It smelled fine at first, but once I ran the AC for a bit I began smelling the same odor (though not as strong as in the first room).

I went to check in and they did not have the amenities listed for the room. I said I didn’t want to stay there if that was the case. She told me fine and that she refunded me, but she never did. So I had to pay for hotel room I didn’t even stay in. Customer service was extremely poor, completely unapologetic, and it looked unbelievably rundown and dirty compared to the picture
