Walked in and the room was super clean, spotless. Strong shower and a comfy bed. A/C ran great. The leather chain had some minor cracks. Didnt use the kitchen.

Ladies at the front desk were very nice, but that was the only good thing about this hotel. It’s very dirty and smelled heavily of some sort of chemical, thought not sure what. Did not feel comfortable staying there, nor could I breathe well from the smell.

I booked online . Was not able to get my room
until 11pm. i arrived at 1030 pm. The attendant stated she had 30 minutes to come check me in because it was consider after hours. No where on expedia that it stated that after hour check in had to wait. Attendant was rude. parking lot was full of ice . No salt was on the ground.

The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was suppose to be smoke free. It has a kitchenette but absolutely nothing in it. When I asked for a spoon they acted like that was a ridiculous request.

The room was very nice. Clean and well laid out. Bathroom light was not bright enough to see in the shower or to see in the mirror. Only one luggage cart for a four story hotel is ridiculous!!! Staff was very efficient and helpful.

I arrived and there was no front desk, I finally called the hotel number and someone came down to check me in and they were very unfriendly like I was interrupting something else. They were doing more important.. The room was filthy. The fridge was nasty. I had to get wipes and wipe everything down and if you look at the pictures, you will see one of the wipes I use just to wipe the table. The last straw was the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night around 2 AM for almost an hour. As a travel nurse I have frequented many ESA’s this by far has been the worst.

Room was dirty. It smelled, the window was broken, the tv didn’t work and the bathroom was dirty. The tub and sink weren’t clean. I refused to stay in the room. When I brought it to the attention of the desk clerk, he said that he could offer me a refund or a broom. Needless to say, I took the refund. Wouldn’t ever recommend staying here to anyone.

I guess I shouldn’t complain because I paid $73.00 on short notice for the room, but the floors had not been cleaned/swept there was visible dirt on the entire floor and neither had the toilet or sink been cleaned. There was red stuff smeared in the sink and stuff left on the toilet. I went to the neighboring gas station to use the restroom. I’m only sleeping here for a night so I’m settling but I don’t know if I’d return until the “housekeeping needed” sign disappears. Also had a random woman knock on my door asking for someone around 8:30 PM which was unsettling because she seemed out of it.
