The power went out and it has been out since 9 o’clock at night. The food that I brought for my stay went old and only thing the manager told me to do was to check out and they do not offer refunds.

Didn’t like it. Stayed only 3 hours before checking out. Hallway smelled like marijuana . Desk lady was rude as heck . Wouldn’t recommend

It was a comfortable, pleasant stay. The front desk was always helpful. We were well accommodated. The laundry room and vending area was well kept and the machines all worked. The machines took card or coin.
The room was dated, a broken cabinet door and a shower head that needed replaced. Just little things that did not affect the comfort of our stay but could have been fixed.

Nice room but under beds were dirty and had other people’s clothes, shoes and deodorant left there. Someone kept smoking on the floor. Staff did keep investigating which was good. Bad weather made plowing the property an issue. I couldn’t park in handicap spots. Other than that it was a quiet stay.

Miss Santana have been a unprofessional person, she is a property manager, she was told about her staff and how rude they were she told me that if I didn't like the service I can check out and go somewhere else..so I left after being there
