I JUST DIDN'T LIKE

The room they gave us was already being used. When we told the front desk they just said oh ok I’ll get you another room. The lady on the elevator with us said it happened to her when she checked in too

Hotel was dirty, no towel no nothing on room. No customers service on front office. I say terrible hotel i stay that night.

The place has roaches, I complained and they switched my room but I couldn’t get a refund

I left a day early because of roaches in my room. This was the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. I decided to stay here because Expedia showed a 8+ review score. I’m not sure who has been propping up the review scores for this place, but it’s nasty. I spotted two roaches on the kitchen floor and one roach on the shower wall.

I paid for a king bed but got a queen. Hotels.com tried getting the hotel to give me a partial refund but the hotel refused

Horrible. Nasty dirty doesn't offer any soap.

This place was a dumb, I did not even sleep on the bed. It was so dirty. I sleep on a leather chair because I was afraid to catch something. The shower was horrible and they had no shampoo or conditioner. The kitchen was dirty, the hallways smelled really bad. They had crackheads and homeless walking in and out of hotel. I could not make it through 1 night I had to check out. I have never stayed in a hotel like this it is not a 7 rating its like a 2-3.

First thing when i got there, wasnt a tv remote, not the biggest deal. But i also got a suite, was supposed to have a working fridge and freezer. Neither worked, causing me to have to spend double what i expected on food costs. I couldnt tell you if the burners work as i didnt even waste time trying. Way too expensive for what it is and even my dog didnt feel safe walking into the building. i wouldnt recommended this place to anyone.

It could have been a little more cleaner in some areas but overall I will give them a 3.5 out of 5

Budget service but not budget pricing, didn’t feel completely safe and smell, while not horrible was also not good.

Checking in June 1st at 4:30 PM Central time, was delayed for 20 minutes. Front desk staff claimed our room was being cleaned. After the 20 minutes, our room was dirty and floors were not swept. Front desk, upon complaint gave us a different room. Inside 2nd room, in the refrigerator was a dead cockroach!

The room i was assigned wasnt clean at all. They upgraded me to a king bed, the shower was running real slow. Other guest were loud with loud music.

Worst ever hotel

The floors were sticky and the room smelled awful. In the bathroom, there was a huge crack in the ceiling that water from the shower sprayed up into and then it dripped down on you as you tried to shower. I had to cut my stay short. They seemed understaffed and very rude.

From the beginning.Edna made check in easy and pleasurable.my whole stay was great and the staff was accommodating next time in St Louis I'll be. Staying at extended stay AM Thank you

It was great

The staff were terrible honestly. They lied about the most simple things. I was put in 2 separate rooms both had broken security locks which I absolutely needed for my children they did not care. Unfortunately I just finished my stay there but would I do it again? Absolutely not! I specifically booked this hotel for the things they said they offered and they had none not even a baby crib it was terrible!

One of worst hotels I have every stayed at. Picked a room with 2 queen beds because my son was going to stay. Good thing he chose to not stay because BOTH beds were broken. The support in middle was broken. The dresser was missing handles the bathroom light switch didn't work. I asked if they had any other rooms and the all the lady could say to me was "all booked". She did that twice. After that I went into bathroom and there were absolutely NO towels. Had to go down to lobby which was locked up like a ticket booth at a carnival. Finally found someone and she did get me some towels. And I haven't even brought up the overwhelming odor of marijuana throughout the hotel. Went to check out this morning and again lobby was closed up and a sign that lobby hours did not open until 9AM. Guess they didn't want me to check out until 9 even though I left at 6:30. As I said worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Extended Stay should be embarassed.
