The room smells bathroom toilet don’t flush

Checked in and back out within an hour.

We left without staying at the property.

The property is outdated, hallways were dirty furniture was out dated and worn. No cookware or kitchen settings. It snowed and no one cleared the walkway and parking lot.

We Left this Hotel as soon as we got to our room very dirty bug in shower big red stain on the disgusting Carpet s a women was screaming in another room we left and found somewhere safe and clean to stay. Hotel did refund us on there but Expedia has to approve it I’ve contacted Expedia a few times not getting much of a response other than they have to wait for a Email from hotel I feel we should absolutely be refunded

This property was advertised as a home away from home. Extended stay. I booked 2 deluxe rooms, 1 room had 2 beds and a stand with a little tv. No furniture to accommodate 6 guest. No dishes, pots or pans ,no utensils 2 towels and 2 wash clothes in both rooms. If you wanted and dishes or towels you had to buy them from the front desk. They didnt advertise that each room has a securty deposit on top of the price of the room. I rented 2 rooms for my family to be together for thanksgiving and to celebrate our Christmas as my girls live all over the east coast. But we had to figure last minute meal plans as we were not buying dishes for our 4 night stay. There was cockroaches crawling through out the building everyday the "bug" vehicle was there spraying or putting cockroach bait down. This hotel is used bt the city of Newport News for placement of homeless. I have no problem to help homeless and put them.in a warm dry place. But to remove furniture and kitchen supplies and to tell guest who pay of $1300.00 for 2 rooms for 4 nights that you have to pay for supplies that are listed as part of hotel is totally wrong. I have request a refund.

If you're looking for a roach motel, you've found it! Be sure pack a hazmat suit too! This place was disgusting! I assumed the spots on the carpet was dirt until they started moving. There were ROACHES everywhere! I complained to the front desk and asked to be moved, the associate said 'Oh, you one of them?" Then stated that all of the rooms were like that and they were working to get rid of the roaches. I rolled the dingy towels and placed them behind the doors and around the windows only to have the roaches to resurface. The last straw was when i took out the trash, and there was a bunch of people hanging around the dumster smoking something that I'd assume weren't cigarettes. Would not recommend this hotel.

It smelled weird and there were roaches

I was only in the room 5 minutes and it was filthy and i got 2 remotes both wasn't working so i had to leave the room because i couldn't use the tv

Floors were extremely dirty. Walls and trim were in need of painting. The second floor wreaked of weed and the bugs in the cabinet were not to my liking. Not recommended.

Oh my goodness, left after 2 min. Dont stay here you will regret it.

It was just simply filthy. In desperate need of renovations. Roaches are everywhere. Incredibly gross. I would sleep in my car before I ever stay here again!

Convenience to everything but couldn't deal with roaches

It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The first room looks like someone was still living in it and would pop out at any minute. Bugs in the bed, on the pillows, roaches in the bathroom, bottles in the sink and a hat on the table. The second too had less dead roaches but visible, dirty bathroom, kitchen and sink. I had to move the chair j front of the door to feel comfortable trying to gal asleep. You should refund every cent of my payment and refer me to the corporate office. Terrible place, should be condemned

The staff was great, please be aware there is $100 deposit when you check in. Room was ok and bed was clean.

Dirty towels and seened bugs in the tub

So apparently, People stay there on the monthly basis in which they’re hanging out in the front of the building all day, smoking throughout the Property. There was a kitchen, however they don’t offer any utensils at all if you want room service, you have to pin extra fee. It’s definitely not a pleasant place to be to say the least.

The tv stream was glitching. First room, the tv didn’t work. No solution from front desk associate. Had to ask for another room. Second room tv was missing cord. Had to fix myself. Musty cabinets and roaches.

Just needed a little more cleaning in a room and outdated linens and condition was fair
