There was a sheet that hadn't been cleaned up and it smelled terrible. I didn't sleep well the whole night.

I found several bugs within the room during my stay

I really enjoyed my stay at extended stay! The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The check-in process was very quick. Malissa is the best!

The room smelled like musk or mold and there was ants crawling in the bed

Hotel was very very old and very poor and lot of smell in room and out hall away.. totally its so bad experience

Room was nothing like the pictures. Floor was not swept nor washed. Bathroom was just as dirty. The fridge was clean. There were cockroaches inside.

Would not recommend this to anyone! The smell in the room was horrid, ants on many surfaces (we had no food in the room) The key card worked to get in but didn’t work after that. Fortunately I was in the room when my son tried to get back in.

The property was quiet, clean, and accessible. Since we used the local Metro Bus and rail, having a Bus stop almost in front of the Hotel.

Excellent Service as needed.

This was hands-down the worst hotel stay I’ve had in years. The place is falling apart — dirty, musty, and clearly neglected. When we arrived, the front desk was completely unmanned. After a ridiculous 20-minute wait, the receptionist finally showed up, unapologetic and shockingly rude. Instead of acknowledging the delay, she *defended* her absence by saying she had “other things to do.” Then came the absurd check-in process: she flat-out refused to check me in until my wife arrived with her ID — something no other hotel has *ever* required. After another 15-minute wait (my wife had stepped out briefly to get food for our child), she finally, and begrudgingly, agreed to check me in. Her attitude throughout was hostile and dismissive. The room? A complete disgrace. Musty hallways with industrial fans blasting to combat humidity — loud and ineffective. The room had visible bugs. ZERO toiletries apart from a sad little bar of soap. And when I politely requested an extra towel set for our child, I was snapped at and told only two sets were allowed — despite having clearly stated during booking that we were a party of *three*. This place is a joke. Disorganized, dirty, and staffed by people who have no business working in hospitality. Do yourself a favor — stay literally anywhere else.

Not worth the money for the stay, there is no breakfast.

I walked in my room it was old and out dated not even a USB port even worse it had a awful smell i instantly started to get a headache i walked out checked our and drove three hours home i was so disgusted

The floor in my room was dirty and the room had some sort of smell to it. Entry from the side of the building and hallways were filthy. Definitely would not stay there again. Dropped key card off at the front and the front desk wasn’t open.

For the price per night and how friendly everyone working there was, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Plus if you’re like me and don’t like eating out this place is great.
