The front desk staff person did not smile at me on arrival or at any time during check in. There was trash on the corridor floor and when I finally informed the front desk the trash remained for several hours

We were in a room next to a barking dog and the staff was wonderful moving us to a quiet room.

Had everything I needed. Kitchen was an unexpected bounds. Very spacious. I’d stay here again.

nice staff, i had to check in late and out early and they were very accommodating. area felt safe & secure and the rooms were sizable and clean (i had a single) very nice shower & bathroom.

Easy check on great reception

According to corporate, this chains hotels that are pet friendly are supposed to accept cats and dogs. When we arrived at this pet friendly hotel they refued to accept our cats so we had to keep driving all night...now I am struggling to get a refund from customer service...no one calls me back when they say...

Great experience. Good Hotel to stay the night.

The day after my stay, my arm itched a lot. I had several fresh bites up my forearm that turned into welts. This is consistent with bed bugs. Now I'm double washing my clothes from the trip. I have picture's.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke and the bed was not comfortable.

Check in/out was super easy even with our late arrival at almost 11pm. Comfy bed and dog friendly!

All around low class

Very dirty and needs major attention. The floors were gross, cobwebs all over and ants. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and brought hair up when I used it. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

The property seemed clean. The staff was amazing.

Close to Airport. Good for short stay. Quiet environnement

The room was poorly cleaned and smelled terrible. Hotel was very outdated and the bathroom light didn’t work, someone from management had to go fix it.

My husband got electrocuted turning on the bedside light.

Bed very uncomfortable , staff was nice, even gave discount fora burner that didn’t work. But no staff onsite at 4:30 am and I was unable to get in.

The staff here was SOOOO nice!!! The hotel itself is average for an extended stay type place. I stayed 6 nights. My door was messed up somehow, I had to try my key over and over. The front desk made me 4 extra keys by the time I checked out. The hotel room was ok… there was a dirty pair of socks and a couple of empty bottles under the bed. Is it it is.

Estaba sucio el piso lleno de tierra pegajoso como k no lo limpiaron era un olor a sucio y fuimos a pedir nuevas fundas delas almohadas por olían feo y nos dieron las fundas y aromatizante

Better to spend a few bucks more for a better motel.
