Need to ask front desk for kitchen ware. Old refrigerator made a lot of noise but room was extremely spacious.

Great experience

We only spent one night and from the areas we saw, everything was nice enough. As others have said, would have been nice if there was a second garbage can in the room, one in or near the kitchen perhaps. Breakfast is a very limited grab and go, coffee/tea, instant oatmeal, packaged muffins and granola/fruit bars. No real complaints.

Place was great for our needs. Pet friendly and plenty of grassy areas around the property to walk our small fur baby. Staff was very friendly. Ended up extending 1 night and front desk was super helpful when I couldn't find anything available. Kitchen set up was provided but minimal. Queen suite was decent size with a sofabed and recliner and clean. Probably could use a refresh but was in good shape. Would definitely stay again.

Smells awful - marijuana and cigarettes. Then has an awful smell in hallways that is different. Thankfully my room smelled ok.

The grab n go breakfast of small muffins was ok for my husband. But just oatmeal was all I could eat. Coffee was good.

Cool place

Nothing was unique about it. I got bite by bedbugs. The room smell was funky

I have stayed at Extended Stay properties in various parts of the country and have never had a great experience. The beds and pillows and sheets are extremely uncomfortable particularly for a place for extended stays! The air conditioners are very loud. I’ve never had a good nights rest at these properties. Bathtubs / showers look cruddy.

Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. And it was perfectly quiet and I slept like a rock which was the most important thing.

We had a very lovely family stay. It was hard to get things we needed and the to go breakfast wasn’t really anything.

Hotel is listed as smoke free but as soon as you walk in front door you smell it and then in the rooms as well. My daughter wanted to leave

Staff was friendly but rooms and hallways smelled like smoke.

Property was okay. It was very clean and very roomy but the kitchen had nothing in it. No plates, no cups, no coffee maker, there was a sign that stated you could order these items at the front desk. The breakfast offered was only coffee, oatmeal and a packaged muffin but the coffee was very good and hot.

When we checked in we had a lot of stuff and had to use the only elevator. There was a guy with a spray bottle cleaning and he didn’t want us to touch any areas he had cleaned! Well we had to get to our room and I ignored him and went in. He kept glaring at us! When we got to the room it was under renovation/ repair, windows were open and the furniture was grouped in the center! So I had to trot back downstairs with the cleaning guy glaring at me. The lady at the desk was extremely apologetic and nice and gave us another room, which was alright. We were tired and had a 6 yr old with us. This room had a fridge and cooktop and microwave but still was very basic. The so called breakfast the next day was a joke. It’s just some packaged muffins and bars, tea and coffee with non dairy creamers. No milk, fruits cereal or anything else. In short this is a very basic no frills place so if you’re ok with it then it’s fine. But we atleast expected a better breakfast. The only thing good about this place were the front desk staff. Oh and maybe they should train their cleaning staff to be polite!
