Smelled like marijuana. Shower made noise when on. Fridge made a ticking sound all night. Manager was very friendly

Property and rooms need updating. Otherwise clean and helpful, responsive staff.

The property was dirty and not well maintained. The hallways smelled of smoke (non-smoking property) and hallways not vacuumed. Furniture and stove in poor condition. Towels and linens were old. I stayed because I had a long drive and was too late to cancel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free coffee and snacks in the morning convenient. Room could’ve been cleaner but overall ok.

Their breakfast was only nasty coffee & protein bar, I requested new towels & bed sheets, they made me bring the old one n get the new one and do it all myself, no housekeeping only twice a month so pretty much u doing ur own things.. Wasn’t worth it!!!

They charged me for room I already booked and paid for through Travelocity and didn’t get my refund back yet

ABSOLUTELY NOT. I am not sure how the health department hasn’t shut this hotel down. There are illegal migrants staying here, the parking lot is filthy, not to mention the rooms are TERRIFYING they are so dirty. Never again

No pool, even though Expedia claims there is one.

The staff is amazing

This was the worse ever. Broken amenity and bad assistance from the stuff. Refrigerator leaking water underneath all night. Temperature too low freezing everting that I bought. I called the front desk reported but nobody show to fix. Faucet was leaking also. Limited towels. I have to take out my own trash. Bad lighting on the hallway. Too dark. Parking lot all dirty. Entrance the building too ugly and dirty carpet. When I got there the elevator was broken down. I have to carried my luggages up to the third floor. Also the staff was not friendly. Not a single smile in everyone faces when I aprochoed to them. Rude sometimes about trash disposal. So I don’t recommend that place to no one. Needs some serious and deep intervention from the corporations to save their name.

We usually inspect our hotel room to make sure there’s no bed bugs to find that this hotel zip ties the sheets to the bed. I cut the zip tie to find dry blood stains on the bed. I was so uncomfortable and could not sleep in that bed.

Breakfast was Bad. Just some muffins, Tea / Coffee. Do not stay here in case looking for good breakfast options.

Very bad experience, the property is very old and deteriorating. Very bad smell and beware of cockroaches . Would not stay here again.
