The ad says “includes breakfast”— there was a choice of a muffin or a Nature Valley bar and nothing to drink but coffee. This is not breakfast. We had to go elsewhere and pay more money to get breakfast.

The room overall was good. There were no bugs, but the bathroom could have used a little more cleaning; there was hair on the walls of the tub, and the doors were dirty. At the end of the first bed was a dead spot in the floor, so it creaked when walking. The carpet had some stains, but it was worth the price.

Only 1 pillow for 2 people.
Really? Seriously?
When we called the desk to ask for at least another pillow, we were told that there were no extra pillows? Extra? At every hotel we’ve ever stayed at had at least 2 pillows per person on a queen or king size bed.
I looked up and read that there was a fire on the floor we were staying on a year ago. Does it honestly take more than a year to replace pillows? Very, very poor. Will not be staying at this hotel again…
