First we got in late. No one at desk. When we got our keys we went to room and someone was already occupying it. Had to go down stairs and wait for someone to help us again. Over all took 45 minutes to get in a room.

Room reeked of smoke and overall felt unclean.

I felt like the beds were a little to firm for me, small bathroom. The room wasn't bad, but next time I will spend the $20 and go across the street.

The ad says “includes breakfast”— there was a choice of a muffin or a Nature Valley bar and nothing to drink but coffee. This is not breakfast. We had to go elsewhere and pay more money to get breakfast.

Clearly long term living for low income individuals. I tried 2 rooms, and they both smelled heavily of smoke. I changed hotels.

I would not stay at this property again

Very nice stay. Drawbacks are: it is located off a very busy section of highway and the only breakfast offering was coffee and oatmeal to take back to your room.

The room overall was good. There were no bugs, but the bathroom could have used a little more cleaning; there was hair on the walls of the tub, and the doors were dirty. At the end of the first bed was a dead spot in the floor, so it creaked when walking. The carpet had some stains, but it was worth the price.

Only 1 pillow for 2 people. Really? Seriously? When we called the desk to ask for at least another pillow, we were told that there were no extra pillows? Extra? At every hotel we’ve ever stayed at had at least 2 pillows per person on a queen or king size bed. I looked up and read that there was a fire on the floor we were staying on a year ago. Does it honestly take more than a year to replace pillows? Very, very poor. Will not be staying at this hotel again…

The staff is very personable and warm.
