Front desk employee was very accommodating.

The front desk was not welcoming, and the hotel had a weird smell to it. However the room didnt have the smell. There was tissue laying on the floor by the bed crusty hard stain on the top blanket crumbs on the sheet when they were pulled back and a red stain on the mattress cover that you could see through the sheets. When the front desk was contacted he was not apologetic he said i had to strip the bed bring him the dirty sheets and then i had to make the bed. He was rude and not empathetic toward the situation. While in the shower the shower curtain at the bottom was moldy and dirty the tub didnt drain while showering and one of the towells were dirty. The next day the manager was very dry but apologized. There was no hair dryer in the room or hotel the breakfast in the morning was a muffin in brown bag.

The place was covered in mold, mildew and fungi! It damn near tripled in size when my family and I settled in for a day. Told management and they laughed in my face… went to wash laundry and it was even worse !!

Beds need upgrading; so does all the rooms in general. TV too small for such a decent size room. Should have been a 50-60 inch TV.

The manager owner is very hateful and its eextreamly dirty the rooms food on walls and very dusty and has roaches n roadents if u complain they throw u out

I was suppose to have a non-smoking hotel room. As soon as I open the door, the smoke smell was over whelming. I advised the front desk and they went to the room and applied some deodorizer. I went out to dinner and when I arrived back, the smell was worse. It was so bad it was burning the back of my throat and inside my nose. I could not stay in that room. Hotel was unable to provide any acceptable accommodations. I understand that some guest break the rule of no smoking, but when this happens, rooms need to be cleaned properly to remove the smell.

Most Hotels/Motels that are affordable ($75 to $125 night) have gone down hill in conditions, comfort and "attitudes". The young lady at the front desk was pleasant and helpful, the only real positive I can offer. You could smell smoking through most areas even though it was no-smoking hotel. The place overall is worn-out, needs updating.

The room that we were in had mold on the tub surround. The bathroom sink stopper was broken so any amount of water in there stayed in the sink. It had a cigarette smell to it but it could have been that our room was by the exit at the side where people do smoke. The staff was very helpful and nice though.

The sweeper was never run in the hallway the whole time we were there. This hotel was really nice when we first started coming there. It is really getting run down. The parking lot needs repaved. People must not know how to read because someone was always smoking right outside the door even though there were 2 signs there no smoking. You could also smell smoke in the hallways. This will be the last time we stay at your hotel.

I stayed two nights here. The first room they put me in smelled like something died in it. I explained it to the receptionist and they gave me a new room right away. The new room was fine. The staff were nice, but they seemed overworked. A couple times I had to wait by the front office for someone to talk to for up to 15 minutes. Seems like management needs to hire more folks.

Room was nice but did not look like picture. The hotel smelled like weed. People vaping in lobby. Chair in room was broken. Couch had stains

Room was clean only issue king bed to close to window not easy getting in bed and out.

Extended Stay this particular one is wonderful hotel is great and they take care of you and your needs I don't recommend the other extended stays with this one I do

The front desk girls were so sweet & helpful

Light was not working rooms was not vacuumed Smelling corridor and room

The breakfast was too limited. The bathroom didn’t have shower curtains. The rooms are too old and needs to be upgraded.

Price was fairly good. Water was turned off for maintenance one night, ahead of notified. No hot water for shower next morning. No coffee in room. Hair in 2nd shower and hair balls behind kleenex box in same bathroom.
