This location that I stay ant often has the two the best employees I’ve ever met Kacey and Mel. These wonderful ladies make sure I’m greeted by name and all my needs are taken care of. I couldn’t ask for better service than these ladies give.

room needs updating, there are toddlers running the halls at 10pm
this is more of an apt like setting than a hotel
smells of marijuana everywhere even though its a NON smoking establishment.
this was a last minute booking due to storm and wished I had invested more $$$ for a restful sleep, live and learn

The outside of the property appeared unkept and unsafe. There were homeless people wandering around. The hallways reeked of marijuana smell. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. There was no coffee maker or hairdryer in the room, which are usually pretty standard items in most hotels. The water in the shower wouldnt get hotter than luke warm. There were people being very noisy in the hallways, late at night. The carpet was dingy and disgusting.

I reserved this hotel for it's location near a very large shopping district and for convenience to freeway access. I was disappointed with the rooms appearance but i would say it was satisfactory. That said, I had to evacuate on the first night for a fire alarm which was due to some kind of hotel malfunction and the second night my car was vandalized. I was so upset that I asked to be released from the 5-day stay and get a refund. The hotel was apologetic and said they would allow me to check out and refund me back. My car was one of 10-12 cars in the lot to get vandalized that night. Sadly, this is a common pattern in Columbus, OH. Be careful with out of state plates at any hotel in Columbus.

There was nothing special in fact it was the worse experience of my life. We got transferred from a non carpeted dirty room to a carpeted room that smelled bad it was like a wet furry animal had stayed and they never steamed cleaned the carpet. The lobby & stairwell had a bad smell, like wet dogs. I found fleas in our 2nd room the next morning. Our door dead bolt didn’t lock so we used the hook latch and we slept with our clothes on. I ruined a brand new pair of white socks that turned black from the dirty carpet in the second room I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who values their life!!!

The fridge was broken and ruined all my food from the first night. The pillow top beds may have been pillowtop 5 years ago. There are random soft spots in the floors on the two up levels and in the stairwell. For the first 4 days of my stay the elevator had a comm fail so if something happend you couldnt call out. The front desk ignored any and all calls and no one was every at the desk in the morning making it hard to lodge a complaint. When i finally informed them the fridge was broken because someone was there they took my complaint and walked away before i could say anything else and closed a door to isolate themselves from me. I absolutely 10 out of 10 do not recommend. Also the "breakfast" is just some packaged muffins on a 3'x2' cart in the lobby.

We stayed here because we had a dog traveling with us. The price was good. The only real complaint I have is being charged extra to sanitize the room when the floor was filthy dirty. It certainly wasn't sanitized for my stay!

It was perfectly fine. I just needed a bed for the night. Front desk was friendly, room was clean, location was super-convenient. Very much a no-frills place, but definitely better than a budget motel or something.
