Very good location both for Kings island and Cincinnati Open.

We counted about 8 cockroaches over 2 days and had to go in by our own roach traps to feel comfy sleeping in there at night.

Was charged twice.

It was dark, and the breakfast was not like it was pictured online.

It was somewhere to sleep, nothing else. Qe wouldn't go back.

I ran into a complication with my trip. I went to the front desk to see if they could assist me, and they were more than happy to help me and did so with smiles on their faces.

I liked that it was close to so many stores.

I asked for a quiet room do to get some sleep. I was put in a room right by the entrance where everyone goes to smoke and talk all night. And the guest above me was up all night with the TV on and he/she was pacing most of the night. Never stay here again and would like a partial refund

The breakfast and coffee in the morning was absolutely terrible. One option for breakfast, a very small prepackaged blueberry muffin. They were out of condiments for the coffee. Once it was set out in the morning, nobody touched it back up to restock or clean. Absolutely filthy and a very poor presentation. The rooms are very outdated and many things are heavily worn and used. The laundry room was an absolute mess no visible staff until you had to yell for someone, just sitting around the corner playing on their phone. The trashcan at the front entrance was overflowing upon arrival Sunday night and the same for Monday morning. Various people loitering around on the curbs and by the doors. I was not comfortable during my stay for various reasons. Very misleading representation.

Was clean and safe

The area isn’t the best. People doing hard drugs outside on the property. Property not well kept. Looked like black mold in the bathroom. Dishes/utensils/pots and pans weren’t good quality. It was hard to cook with it. Tv is extremely small. Sink drain was clogged the entire stay.

The property is very old and need a lot of maintenance. There were a lot of homeless people that hovered in the area.

The room was dirty, the shower was molded and the blankets had stains.

Stayed for one night, booked for three. Checked out early due to noise, strange odors and limited amenities. One week after check out and balance of my refund has not been returned. Never again.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and a good value. The only complaint would be the free breakfast. Muffins and hot drink options were all that was offered. Other than that, a good experience

I loved my stay here. I will be staying here more often.

room needs updating, there are toddlers running the halls at 10pm this is more of an apt like setting than a hotel smells of marijuana everywhere even though its a NON smoking establishment. this was a last minute booking due to storm and wished I had invested more $$$ for a restful sleep, live and learn
