Staff was friendly and quick check in/out.

The location is very convenient to downtown Huntsville and the airport, and the staff I encountered were all friendly and personable; unfortunately that's about all the nice things I have to say about this location. My room smelled like old cigarettes and cleaning agent, the scent of which has impregnated every article of clothing I brought; the other guests all have various late-night agendas that include marijuana and congregating in the parking lot for 2am shouting/screaming/giggling/howling matches.

Good stay...conveniently located to my destination. Good location to airport. I enjoyed my stay.

Quiet and Relaxing

I value quiet sleeping conditions so my next door neighbor kept their tv on all night . It was not real loud but just enough to disurb my sleep all night long. I called the front desk and said he would look into it. No resolution happened. Th next morning I asked the front desk what the policy was and she said they would not force anyone to turn off their tv and advised me not to request a guest to turn off their tv. Should be a strict quiet time policy.

Decent place for the price. Room was clean and spacious.

Sufficient accommodation

I loved my stay. It was conveniently located to Oakwood University, von Braun Center and shopping.

Convenient to get places , not bad place floors needed to be clean definitely wouldnt walk around in room without shoes on , and evening staff needs tonpay attention to when people comw in and not stay in back i even kwpt saying hello and they got up throwed atuff away and evweything but nevwr came to window to help had to gonout and have my husband call to make her go to phone thankfully 2 other customers also walked in she had to come to window

The only reason I gave it a four is that I could still smell the old timey cigarette smoke in the room. It was not bad, but itnwas present. The room was otherwise fabulous. The front desk folks were great. Enjoyed being able to open the windows.

If you have boundaries and will not tolerate disrespect from the hood attitudes from staff Do not do it!!! Use this places only if you do not have options. I am blessed to be in a situation to where I have options. I traveled from the pacific northwest to here for job transfer I knew nothing about this town so I found this place happy to be off the road I was planning to stay here until i found suitable home accommodations. Day 1 my antennas went up. The heat didn’t work I had it on for 30 mins and I had it crunk up to 80 to see if it was me it continue to blow room temp. I called the office and I instantly saw the gaslighting the clerk said just leave it on for a few minutes and I’m thinking to myself. It’s been on for 30. I said OK needless to say it never got hot and still isn’t hot. Day two day three and day four I noticed sketchy activity in the parking lot and sketchy activity from the room directly above my head take that for what it is. from 8 PM all the way into 6 am I couldn’t get any sleep because of the loud activity over my head. By day Five I had enough between me digging in my car to find two blankets and sleeping in my clothes to keep me warm and the noise over my head I reached my breaking point

Guest are noisy. I sleep during the day for night shift work.

The hotel was dirty, dirty outside and inside. I walked on the floors before taking a shower and you could see my dirty footprints when I stepped into the tub. the elevator and walkway was also very dirty. There were no dishes or silverware in the kitchenette and only 1 tea towel and no dishcloth or dish detergent and it stated that it was fully stocked. You were required to take your dirty towels before they would give you additional towels. The only things available were small muffins and coffee in the office area. I questioned how often the rooms were cleaned and they said every two weeks. The floors were so slick and dirty that we only took our shoes off as we were getting into the bed and I threw towels on the floor so we could put our clothes on without getting them dirty. There was no shampoo, conditioner or hair dryer in the room. The mattress was comfortable but I was very worried about the bedding and the bed headboard ( bed bugs ? ). I am so sorry because I have never written a negative review but I feel this property needs some help !
