Everything is great about this hotel!

Me parece una gran falta de respeto q despues d una noche d estancia m hayan cobrado un cargo de deposito de 100 dolares el cual tenian q reemborsarmelo y no lo hicieron, cuando solo dormi una noche y solo use una toalla, dejando todo lo demas intacto, no entiendo porque pasan ese tipo d cosas

Very cheap and close to downtown and the stadium but the WiFi didn’t reach into my room and the guy on reception tried to tell me the issue must be with my iPhone, which is laughable as it worked out in the corridor.

My checkin was very courteous and friendly. I was assigned a room on the 2nd floor. I went inside my room and while I was disinfecting the bed, I saw a roach crawling on the wall. I killed it and moved the chair in the room and there were two more under it. I killed them and took the tissue to the front desk. She apologized and assigned me to another room on the 1st floor. Now being cautious I'm looking as soon as I enter and I see two dead roaches in the corner near the wall. Now I'm disgusted and return to the front desk with pictures and ask for a full refund. I go next door to the Hilton for $20 more and enjoy the cleanliness with no mold smell. The room was more update and the bed was comfortable. The Hilton Staff and breakfast was great also. I recommend the Hilton.

Hotel room smelled terrible and bed was not comfy. Also saw some cockroaches in the bathroom.

Hotel was extremely clean from the front door to my room and my room A+++! Staff was very friendly, ALY was awesome! I was given a nice complimentary snack and cookie bag. Very cool restaurant within a couple of blocks as well! I definitely recommend!

Very quiet location. Staff was friendly during check-in. The only issue was the parking fee per night that I wasn't aware of.

Should an extended stay hotel have a working refrigerator, a hair dryer, a coffee pot (no matter the size), DISHES? What the heck makes it extended stay without these things? The fridge did not work in first room. We were moved to another and the stove did not work. There were only a few electrical outlets. Furniture was all beat up. Staff were great!

It appeared that the hotel room was cleaned, but there was an awful smell coming from the restroom. This was my 2nd room, the 1st room the TV didn.t work. The bathroom was so bad we had to continuously spray it down with lysol and keep the restroom door closed. throughout our stay.. We seen rust everywhere on the toilet hose I mean everywhere. This is unacceptable and I'm pretty sure that it's a violation of health and safety codes.

I didn't like that fact that I paid almost 200 dollars for 2 nights get there and was told that it is a 100.00 plus 8.99 cent for parking which somehow equaled out to 117.00 dollars extra on top of what I paid for the actual stay.and why are they charging for parking when they are charging an extremely high deposit. That's ludicrous. So while I'm choosing this particular hotel due to reasonable price advertised they get u there and you end up paying almost 400.00 bucks for 2 days

No one at reception on arrival (8 pm). Checkin process overly complex. Roaches in lobby at elevator and room-level hallway. Room-level floors filthy entire stay. Kitchen sink filthy. Over half TV stations “No Signal.” No answer at recreation; had to walk down, wait for attendant to show up. Wheels on luggage cart flat; hard to guide loaded; reception indifferent when pointed out. “Grab-n-Go” breakfast not designated on site. Parking fee (IN OUTSIDE LOT!) VERY few waste cans in common areas. Positives: low pet fees; comfy bed; overall value.

Mattress was worn out two years ago, not sure what’s going on. Vehicles in parking lot had speakers that vibrated the building, no one seemed to react. The hotel is in poor condition, now I no why it was so cheap

Very inexpensive accommodations. This is not a “nice” hotel but is completely adequate. It caters to hard-working people who are in a transition period or working away from home. The staff is friendly and helpful and have a great rapport with the folks who have been there for weeks or months.
