Extended Stay America Suites Lawton Fort Sill

I was expecting this property to have the dishes, silverware, utensil included already in the amount. You have to pay for WiFi. They did not have a restroom for customers on the main floor was only for staff. I will not stay again

was great dont listen to the bad reviews. the outside had some leaky spots on the ac units and the check in was a little slow but the room was PERFECT

Problems noted at the hotel that I pointed out were taken care of. Promptly, the service tech actually followed me to our room. Grab and go breakfast is just that. But there is a kitchen in the rooms. We will stay again if attending to business in Lawton. Added perk was the dishwasher, express cycle on the microwave. Staff cleaning rooms need to point out things like mold on the bathroom ceiling, in a corner. Loose toilet seat, all things that are easiky fixed. Only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars. Forgot to mention to desk staff, ice maker in freezer barely works. Someone had put in an expired plastic card, which I left. Only I shoved it in more, that actually activates it completely. The size of the ice cubes are actually adorable pygmy sized. But enjoy your stay, it's a very nice hotel, we prefer to RV, that was our business in town. To look at a particular RV there. Joan

I liked the location and the price were great. I didn't like the condition of a chair in our room. I didn't like all of the out order machines in the workout room. I didn't like one table and one chair in the breakfast room; there should have been at least two tables with two chairs each. I didn't like the absence of coffee outside of the breakfast hours.

I arrived 1 day early and the hotel would not rent a room for the night. I ended up leaving 1 day early and the hotel would refund 1 night. The hotel did not serve breakfast. Based on the above facts, I will never stay at an Extended Stay America Suites again.

Everything was pretty much what we needed and expected. We had a clean room, comfortable beds, the quiet stay, and comfortable air conditioning. The only negative, was that they did not have a breakfast, the reason being that there was a change of ownership and it hadn't gotten all squared away with serving breakfast yet.

It was a great stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Si es para a pasadías corto está bueno me quedé 3 días lo único que no me gustó ofrecían desayuno y las dos veces que fui solo había café fui a las 6:30 am y no había nada de comer ni nadie a quien preguntar de lo demás para resolver el lugar está normal

The only thing good about this hotel was the friendly staff. Lots of mold in shower, nail sticking up from floor that tripped on a few times. You have to take all of your dirty towels downstairs and exchange them for a new set every time you need more. They don’t change your sheets unless you stay there for over a week.. you have to throw out your own trash. And there’s never any grabbing go breakfast. Only on my first day there they had small muffins and Nutri-Grain bars. The coffee is gross as well as the creamer they provide. They also shut the coffee machine down between 11 and 12 so you can no longer use it for free. You have to especially ask for dishes for knives, etc. It does not come in the room. The walls are dirty and so was the refrigerator.

The recliner was ripped, no ice machine. Refrigerator made loud noise all the time.

Nothing is unique. I changed my dates of stay with expedia i have an email. I called the hotel to verify my change!! They gave me the dates that i chanved it to and it matched. The day before arrival i called again an ask for.early check in. They said no but had appt then. On check in day they said expedia never let them know that it was changed The oroginal appt was more then ome day, they charged me.for the one day and rented the rro My son had a room alsl They sent him with key to someomes roomthat was occupied. I want a refund for my one day and would not stay here again

They do not clean anything if you are booked there several days. They don’t refill your towels. Take the garbage.

Everything was exelent Exept for the inconvenience of watting for 1 hour at 2 am Because of the computer system update 😒

Good hotel. Good service

Nice and quiet. They ran out of do not disturb signs but no one bothers unless you want help or something. So that’s good depending on what you’re hoping for from your stay. Which we didn’t bother, we just purchased more toilet paper at a local store when we ran out because we didn’t see anyone. Some furniture needs to be replaced due to how worn out they are, but other than that. It was a nice experience.
