The hotel was not as expected.

We stayed here for a festival that was in town, room lacked cleanliness and smelled absolutely awful like it had been shut for 5 years. Luckily we only was there to sleep or we would have looked for another hotel.

Great stay, pillows and mattress need to be replaced. The mattress has a big whole/devit in it making for uncomfortable sleep and pillows are flat. Also was not aware had to ask for pots n pans and plates etc. In order to use the stove.

We have been coming here for years and honestly this will probably be the last visit you ever come here I have never felt more disrespected and unacknowledged in my life they were up at 7 8 in the morning doing construction right above my room the entire time we've been here and when I told them about it they didn't care said they wanted deadline didn't move me couldn't move me and my feelings were hurt they didn't even try to get the owner manager anything very hurt by this matter the rooms are not at all what they look like online. The carpets filthy disgusting the furniture a joke old raggedy very disappointed

It was a quick weekend for post graduate graduation. We needed to have a comfy place to crash, have food and hang out. The beds were fine, but everything else was less than desirable. I am well aware that this hotel is undergoing renovations, but there are definitely rooms you should not be occupied... Rooms right next to where renovations are taking place doesn’t allow for sleeping and rest, just seems like common sense to me and rooms that definitely haven’t had thorough cleanings in a long time and have a dirty moldy refrigerator. It was a non smoking facility, I even had to sign a paper stating that I understood it was a non smoking facility yet there were other guests (guessing regular guests, long term guests) as well as employees smoking on hotel grounds. Very disappointing.

The lobby had some loud people siting in there talking and making it hard to hear the soft spoken clerk behind the desk. The clerk charged the card on file w/o asked if it was the card I wanted to use. There were no funds on that card, my account was in the negative. The room was just average, nothing special about it. The hotel sign @ the entrance needs to be lit, we past the entrance & had to back up to turn into it. We arrived late, from another state, & couldn't see an address or sign.

Run down. 3rd world country hotel

The property is filthy all-around homeless people were drinking and smoking outside the front office. The room was filthy sheets not even changed towels really stained the entire room was dirty. We check in and out within the 10 minutes. We're wondering if we will get refund from Expedia which is what we made the reservation with. We don't recommend it to anybody.

It is a non-smoking hotel, the room smells of smoke horribly.

This is one of those motels where the "non-smoking" room smells like stale ashtrays and feet. The furniture is battered and the place has clearly seen better days. If you're on a strict budget, it'll do. But it's a shabby, stinky dive that does not resemble these pictures. I thought I was getting a deal, but I would have paid double to avoid it! Buyer beware.

The exterior and interior was worn, tired dirty and dated. The walkways and public area was filthy. The staff was nice! This property first needs soap and water, Repairs don't seem to be a priority. There seems to be no concern over the shabby condition of this hotel.

I feel like if you have a dog they safe the worst rooms for pet owners. The furniture in room needed to be set at the curb, the fridge look like it had mold on the front, but closer look it was the paint comjng off, tub dripped, and the mattress was horrible. Having said that the rrom was linen cleaned and no bugs, and cheap

Property was filthy dirty. The rooms were terrible. We dropped off our belongings quickly to get to our venue. When we returned past midnight we then noticed people living in the complex long term. Our room had black debris on the bed from the AC unit. Awful experience!

The room's carpet had stains and crusty bits, the cabnets were falling apart and there was a large crack in the bathroom door but, the people were super kind and the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. Objectively this is no five star stay but its decent for a quick night's stay.

It felt very comfortable staying there.

This hotel needs to learn a little more about customer service. I have booked more days in the hotel. I'm in my fifth day and no one has ever offered me housekeeping services. The rules say between 4-7 days you get service once within that timeframe. Breakfast could be better. The bed and room are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. They make you feel welcome.
