Upon arrival, there were many people on the sidewalk smoking in front of the office area. After driving for hours to get there as we were trying to go to sleep, someone started banging on our door and asking for someone a floor above us. Not much of a breakfast selection to choose from. Not kid friendly

I booked this room for my Father who came to town (he is gravely ill). They had any creature comforts noted in terms of linens, coffee maker, ground floor, parking in relation the room, etc. They allowed me to come a few minutes early to place a good basket and note in his room. Everyone took such care of him for the 6 days he was staying there. I would give them 10 stars...

Room was okay, staffs were helpful

After checking in, we entered our room to find dirty/stained sheets. Upon requesting a new room, we were given a room next door. The room’s door did close and latch, however, with an exterior entrance, did not provide a seal to outside. During our stay, there were floor stains throughout both carpet and linoleum flooring. The carpet was so dirty that the bottoms of our feet’s turned brown quickly after walking barefoot in the room. Our shoes also were sticky from walking on the floors. The air conditioner worked and cooled appropriately, but smelled like mildew and clearly hadn’t been serviced recently or had a filter changed. The top of the fridge had a thick layer of dust. Breakfast was provided in the check-in room in their credenza and was only prepackaged granola bars, muffins, and oatmeal packets. The images provided on the booking page are of a remodeled room, and neither room was like the images posted.

Fridge wasn’t working properly so my food went bad, ice tray didn’t turn into ice just stayed water, no phone in room, no cups. Ask the guy in the office and there nothing they can do. I need a full refund please

There is a smell. There are problems with the door latch. Also workers are removing toilets etc with wheel barrows.

The bathroom door didn’t close. Can in bathroom didn’t work. No trash an in kitchenette. Beds were hard

Quick & easy check in. Breakfast was a grab & go & more like snack foods not breakfast foods. Had an issue with someone parking & taking 2 spots. Need was not so comfortable but it was fine for a short stay.

The hotel was not as expected.

We stayed here for a festival that was in town, room lacked cleanliness and smelled absolutely awful like it had been shut for 5 years. Luckily we only was there to sleep or we would have looked for another hotel.

Great stay, pillows and mattress need to be replaced. The mattress has a big whole/devit in it making for uncomfortable sleep and pillows are flat. Also was not aware had to ask for pots n pans and plates etc. In order to use the stove.

We have been coming here for years and honestly this will probably be the last visit you ever come here I have never felt more disrespected and unacknowledged in my life they were up at 7 8 in the morning doing construction right above my room the entire time we've been here and when I told them about it they didn't care said they wanted deadline didn't move me couldn't move me and my feelings were hurt they didn't even try to get the owner manager anything very hurt by this matter the rooms are not at all what they look like online. The carpets filthy disgusting the furniture a joke old raggedy very disappointed

It was a quick weekend for post graduate graduation. We needed to have a comfy place to crash, have food and hang out. The beds were fine, but everything else was less than desirable. I am well aware that this hotel is undergoing renovations, but there are definitely rooms you should not be occupied... Rooms right next to where renovations are taking place doesn’t allow for sleeping and rest, just seems like common sense to me and rooms that definitely haven’t had thorough cleanings in a long time and have a dirty moldy refrigerator. It was a non smoking facility, I even had to sign a paper stating that I understood it was a non smoking facility yet there were other guests (guessing regular guests, long term guests) as well as employees smoking on hotel grounds. Very disappointing.

The lobby had some loud people siting in there talking and making it hard to hear the soft spoken clerk behind the desk. The clerk charged the card on file w/o asked if it was the card I wanted to use. There were no funds on that card, my account was in the negative. The room was just average, nothing special about it. The hotel sign @ the entrance needs to be lit, we past the entrance & had to back up to turn into it. We arrived late, from another state, & couldn't see an address or sign.

Nice place to stay. Clean,friendly and easy access.
