Extended Stay America Suites Palm Springs Airport

Found a big roach in the bathroom, fan over the stove could not be turned off, bathroom out dated, uncomfortable bed. Curtains had holes, during the day you could see the light coming through the holes.

Staff was kinda short and rude. The building seemed like it was stuck in the 90’s. Popcorn ceilings in the rooms and office building ceiling tile in the hallways. The hallways were dirty, un-vacuumed and the walls had stains all over them. The room next to us must have had major water damage, because it was ceiled off with plastic and giant fans going. You could hear them all night. Left at 5am cause it was so loud we couldnt sleep. 0 stars if i could

Hotel looks great from the outside. The room was run down. The bed was terrible and made noise every time you move. The only thing available in the room was soap and towels. You had to ask for anything else. The only redeeming factor was the front desk person who was great.

The room smelled, and I woke up with bug bites. No coffee maker or shampoo. The room has a fridge and stove, but you must ask for plates & silverware.-- The "breakfast was Nutrigrain bars and wrapped muffins. The staff was nice. - They were doing some kind of renovation, and the hallways were a mess.

The people at this property have been very accommodating

Hallways were in shambles. Room and paint looked terrible. AC was fighting for its life barely worked. Bed felt like sleeping on a rock. Pillows were awful.

I enjoyed having a microwave, refrigerator and a place to cook my breakfast. My bed was very comfortable. I also enjoyed the cost compared to the other hotels around. My place was almost half the cost then the other hotels nearby.

Nothing good other than easy access to towels and toilet paper

Great for quick stay and budget friendly. Older hotel but maintained. Great parking and location. Friendly staff.

The kitchen faucet in the room was dripping with a steady flow of water. When asked for a different room, I was told the entire hotel was booked. The bath tub faucet was also dripping continuously. Was told maintenance would come to fix the faucet. I stayed for 1 week, but no one came to fix it. The closet door was also missing.

The staff were the best! They were friendly and ready to help.

We were beyond happy with our holiday spent at Extended Stay! The staff were over & beyond friendly and helpful. Kudos to Brian and Shawn at the front desk as well as Maria , our housekeeper who did an amazing job cleaning our room! The room was large and the bed was extremely comfortable. We loved sitting and swimming at the pool! We will absolutely stay again on our next visit to Palm Springs!

No complaints about the facility. Not a luxury stop but very functional. Note that it does not have a fitness room. That said there is an excellent fitness business a block away from the hotel that charges a very reasonable $20 for a day pass that is far better than most hotel fitness operations.

The price was right but there were some maintenance issues.

Front desk staff is courteous and friendly, but hotel cleanliness is severely lacking. My room was disgusting and I was told at check-in that I couldn't check in early because they were cleaning my room. Ha! What a joke. My bathroom sink had small black hairs both in and around it from what I imagine was a previous male occupant who had shaved recently. The shelf under the sink was dusty as hell, so that hadn't been wiped down in at least a week, if not more. The shower had hair, lint and dust in and around it, so there's no chance that had been cleaned before I was given a key. The floor in the bedroom had food crumbs and a plastic piece from a tag that had probably been removed from a clothing item, so it was obvious that they room hadn't been recently vaccuumed either. Overall, pathetic as far as cleanliness goes. Definitely wouldn't ever stay here again.

Liked that it had a nice pool side to relax by and was in walking distance of shops and night life.

Staff was wonderful, room was quiet and clean, breakfast was underwhelming. It consisted of coffee, tea, nutragrain bars and pre packaged small muffins. Only toiletries in the room was a small bar of soap.

We did not stay. The lobby was filthy and the desk agent was a slob. We asked for an adjoining room or a room next door as we are travelling with our 16 year old granddaughter. They did not have this. The agent said he would go to see if the room next door was clean. Why would he have to do this?? It was at 5:30 pm and they should have been cleaned by that time. At any rate we couldn’t get the room next door for some reason. On to if that he had a dog wandering around the lobby unleashed who proceeded to pee up against the wall. At that point we cancelled the hotels.com reservation and left. I have tried several times to contact customer service for a refund but no one has responded to me by either email or phone. I will complain to Master Card. In the meantime I would like to hear from Hotels.com customer service regarding my refund as this venue was nothing like it was represented on your site. Thank You.
