When we checked into the room there was full trash bag in the bathroom, a used bar of soap on the shower ledge, bottles of water and a watermelon in the fridge, a phone charger was left plugged into an outlet and someone’s personal cup/dishes left on counter along with coffee/creamer and stuff in the cabinet. The beds were made and new soap/towels in the bath. When the front desk was made aware he came to the room to check. He said the room was “cleaned” then opened the freezer and it was disgusting, dirt or mild covered the inside and it had an odor!! He again said the room was “cleaned” and suggested we help ourselves to items left behind. He didn’t offer another room or a refund of any kind. I asked to verify no one was coming back to the room and they had for sure checked out as we had dinner reservations and had a schedule to keep. This morning when I checked out a different front desk person was there and said she was called about the room Saturday and offered an apology but nothing else. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying there again!!!

Room was not cleaned trash was all over no towels in bathroom no blankets on bed infact previous person had the sheets in a ball on the bed

Only issue I had are the towels were clean but had black stains, probably due to lack of bleach and water was not consistently hot enough for me to a decent shower.

Nothing the kitchen floor was sticky, the hotel was noisy. Overall it was decent for one night.

Room was nasty it had a smell to it

No ice machine.

Booked months in advance, upon arrival- front desk person told us they were unsure if there was a clean room. Hallways smelled like marijuana, matresses were not comfortable, no ice machine, and requested additional pillows because the ones on the bed were flat and was told they had none

There was road construction in front of the hotel so you had to exit the parking lot and drive down over a mile to turn around to go the other way...not the hotel's fault but was a bit inconvenience. Staff was courteous but the person checking me in didn't know how to look for a room on the same floor or closer to my companions, there were no cooking utensils at all in the room I had (not even a plate or cutlery) and the phone in my room was just for decoration since there wasn't a phone cord attached.

Hotel fair. Staff great. Expedia difficult to work with. Call hotel directly !!

Our room smelled like mold and mildew. I would never recommend this place. She said that breakfast was between six and nine, but they didn’t even have water at the hotel. It was just coffee and a muffin and granola bar very disappointed and there were prostitutes out front.

Road construction just outside facility - which makes travel a little inconvenient. I stayed on the 4rth floor which had a musty odor. Hallways were unkept. "breakfast"??? Front desk was extremely helpful. You get what you pay for!

For the price, the place is great. If you need better amenities, then choose a different chain. Breakfast was not really a breakfast, but the price was good for the stay.

Didn't even meet the standard, no ice machine, no hair dryer, no water bottles ( not even vending machine)..

We felt very much "at home".

The property was overall clean and had adequate facilities. However, it was very limited access to outside restaurants or stores by foot.

It was definitely not a family hotel. There was a woman outside that was clearly mentally ill or on drugs. She was walking around in slippers screaming why God why. The grass was overgrown in front of the main lobby, I was afraid a rat might jump out. Our room was ok but it smelled like mildew. Just the overall feel seemed like a city mission

A decent room for the price, nothing exceptional. Unfortunately major road construction made getting in and out difficult, but I was only there 1 night so not so bad. Overall a fair value for the price.

This hotel served its purpose being used as an extra place for family to sleep and shower at a reasonable price for a week. Very dated and the hall smelled like weed and funk but the room didn't smell and was clean enough. Lots of people hanging out in the parking lot smoking and getting high in their cars too and this is not a bad neighborhood. I know because I live nearby. Wouldn't choose this again, even for the price.

Very friendly service! Though the carpet needed cleaning. Included breakfast was very minimal. Good location though!
