The stay was great at staff are nice. I’ve stayed here plenty of times and have gotten a late check out for 12pm of no charge but this time they charged me? Idk. The kitchen driver barely works and as many times as i’ve stayed here, i’m assuming all the stoves don’t work that well. The room was clean, however, when i arrived there was a bug on the “clean” towels. i couldn’t even make up what type of bug it was because it startled me and i got rid of it quick. A hotel charging nearly $100 a night should be spotless & continue to give complimentary late check out. That’s a bad business move.

This location has definitely improved since Keisha the Manager has taken charge. The difference is extremely noticeable. Also everyone at the front desk is amazing as well as housekeeping. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

门锁一直不好用，离开的那天服务员才发现是电池的问题。所谓的早餐只是一杯咖啡和随意的燕麦CRUNCHY BAR。太骗人了，并且附件很不方便找到吃饭的地方。

Unsmiling welcome at the frontdesk. Instructions given by a person who spoke very quickly and was clearly unmotivated. Old, no amenities, mediocre breakfast, no ice machine, no ice, kitchen without dishes or utensils (you have to ask the concierge). Not worth the Price paid

I was originally given a room that was not clean (chips all over the floor, dirty sink, no curtain in shower, no towels). After seeing this, they moved me to a different room, and still had to ask for pillow cases. They didn't have any clean blankets or utensils.
Next morning someone opened our door thinking no one was in the room because front desk didn't change my room number from original booking.
We left after 1 night (had booked 2.
Wont be staying there again :(

Staff were very helpful, room was clean. Hallway smelled of dog urine and Marijuana even though the rooms were non smoking. Tv never really worked we were able to watch tv once but not the rest of the time we were there as it had no signal.

The room we were given had a intense smell of Indian food. We told the front desk and they say nothing they can do. The prior guest was an Indian person and said there were no other rooms available. They left a air freshener can at the front desk and said I could pick it up. The attendant refused to talk to me in person.

Incredibly foul odor in the 2nd floor hallway: some hideous mixture of dog urine, vomit, and smoke. Had to hold my breath every time we went past to reach the elevators.
