If you need a quiet place to stay this will do just fine. Each room has a kitchenette with a full fridge and stove so you could make food if needed. Across the street from the mall so there are shopping and dining options. The included breakfast is just coffee and granola bars so don't expect a buffet breakfast.

The Extended Stay smelled like it was someone else's extended stay -- a run down apartment building. I'm not sure if it were the mold or the swamp nearby, but my allergies ran wild during my stay.
My neighbors locked up their puppy in the bathroom from 6pm-11pm, so I was treated to wailing, whining, and barking.
On the positive side, there is a rail-trail around the corner which you can walk in either direction for fresh air and insect exposure. There's a Pizzeria Uno at the highway exit, which is walkable, except through one intersection, which I suggest you run like mad.

Room and halls Smelled funky. Staff was nice. Had to fix cabinets, table and door for all to work properly, once everything tightened up it was fine. Shower diversion valve didn’t close properly but the shower worked fine.

Expedia indicated this property offered a breakfast which I mistakenly took as the normal continental hotel breakfast; Long story short, they offer more of a snack/coffee bar. All was good, until we went to get some creamer for the coffee, which was closer to a maple syrup consistency. Our room had a very mildewy smell, which the front desk clerk was very helpful with trying to remove. Overall, our trip was definitely not ruined with our stay, but we probably wouldn’t stay again.

Don’t bother staying here. The rooms are disgusting and clearly never cleaned properly. There was a layer of dust on everything, the lights were all damaged and cracked. The curtain in the room one side was completely off the wall. Holes all over the room, and some nasty food stuck on the wall dripping down to the floor. The hallways smelled like dirty feet and smoke. Barely lit. The elevator hadn’t been serviced in over 2 years it said. The fridge in the room was completely rusted but they tried to use some cheap paint to cover it. The stovetop was DISGUSTING. I’m actually surprised we didn’t see a bug. Do not stay here.

They advertise free breakfast. Coffee and half frozen, miniature blue berry muffins were available. Oh yeah, also packets of instant oatmeal. I think continental breakfast would be a better term to have used. But even that is stretching it.

Let me start with the staff was wonderful. The location was great, close to restaurants and the highway. The hotel itself… not great. My room smelled like curry and the bathroom smelled like cat urine. When I was checking out there were several police officers removing someone from the premises. I don’t think I would stay here again.
