Staff was very nice but for an extended stay the hotel was very run down. Air conditioner raddled while running. Although dishes, glasses, pan, coffee pot ect were available at the front desk it is very inconvenient for the guest not to have these items in the room. Refrigerator was rusted. They said call us and we will bring what you need but there was no phone in the room. We had multiple parties from out of state rent rooms for my brothers memorial and I was very embarrassed this was the hotel I chose especially for the cost. Staff was extremely nice.

Clean but minimal is all areas

The room was comfortable

First of all we loved its proximity to providence, Warwick town park and the beach. Grocery stores and a mall are super close. The property is well maintained, spacious, clean and super nice. I would like to visit it again.

The property seems in need of some refurbishing. Furnishing are a bit tired, carpet is somewhat worn, and though not overpowering, the smell of smoke persists.

Beds were lumpy and worn down. Clean rooms but uncomfortable sleeping. Showers took awhile to heat up and low pressure in shower.

Bathroom fan didn't work.

Great convenient place to stay overnight.

While checking in, a food delivery person walked into the lobby to deliver to someone in one of the rooms. The desk clerk told him to go ahead to the room. I didn’t like the fact that anyone not staying at the hotel could walk around in there. This was my first time staying at an extended stay facility and it may be my last. They allowed pets and I heard dogs barking at night. Noisy in general. Could hear TVs, talking, and the people above us sounded like they were moving furniture half the night. Room did not have a pleasant smell.

When I checked in. Took a long time for somebody to open the door because it was after 11. They put me on the third floor and then told me the elevator wasn’t working. Website said they had breakfast free, but they only thing they offered was bad coffee and granola bars.

It is always very easy to check in Shannon is exceptionally nice. The wounds are very clean and it's very quiet which I love

The room was very clean and the bed was quite firm and comfortable. There was only one small quirk -- the plastic door key turned green, but then the door did not open when I pulled the handle down It turns out that you have to pull the handle up, which i have never encountered before.

Very quiet, clean and oeaceful environment.

I love the service an the cleanliness

Not so clean had to request a new shower curtain because they are cloth and had been there long enough to make the bathroom smell terribly like wet cloths staff was slow and seemed under skilled but extremely nice and I’ll take that over a stuck up rude person anyday

On a business trip. Safe, quiet, affordable. Free coffee in the morning is nice too!
