Only positives for this property were friendly staff, provided receipt upon request (one other property claim I could only get thru 3rd party), nice space for parking, and surprisingly quiet on first floor. Entry to room was rather difficult. Key card initially didn't work because the reader wouldn't consistently scan it. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. It wasn't as strong as other properties but it was there. Unfortunately, there were no other rooms available. If there's one thing I hate most during a stay anywhere, is having a backed up shower. The shower was filling up with water 2 min after turning it on. So washing up was not a good experience when feet is submerged in dirty water. There was no liner to curtain, which was not meant to be inside of tub but had to be to prevent excess water from hitting the floor.

Lots of money for a mediocre looking hotel. It was quit and safe but no breakfast.

We booked a 3 night stay for a long weekend visit from out of state and the location was perfect. Convenient distance from the grocery store and all the attractions we wanted to visit. Amenities were very convenient and saved us a lot of money and trouble. We will absolutely stay here again!

Our room air conditioner had piled up debris all over it. There was a dead bug (beetle) on our "clean" bath towels. The bathroom door didn't shut correctly. Had to slam it shut. There was no phone in our room and very nice maintenance man put one in for us. The hallways and rooms were very smoky and weed smell everywhere for a non-smoking hotel. The hotel staff was exceptional though.

I come here for frequent business trips to providence. Staff are always friendly and the rooms are clean. Perfect for a business trip

Every evening we had to have new keys made, to access room, for nights in a row.

It’s fine, this one smells better than the other one listed as west Warwick providence. The chec on in girl was fine things seem clean enough . They don’t have glasses just plastic cups and you need for any kitchen amenities I’m sure it has to do with the cost of keeping things clean. Price per value is there. It’s not my Hilton

Good option for the price. Bed comfortable, HVAC and TC worked OK. Good shower. Property is a bit dated, but clean with friendly staff. Mimi's diner 2 miles away has great b'fast!

Staff not at all accommodating. Rooms just ok. Nothing beyond the barest basics.

I do not understanding the good reviews in this hotel. First, it says there is breakfast and there absolutely is NOT. They said they usually offer granola bars and pre-packaged muffins but they ran out for the MONTH. The fridge in our room was excessively dirty and disgusting, and one side of the room smelled of urine… strongly. Avoid this one.

Stay for 1 overnight. Pleasant staff.
