Need for remodeling

I love that it was clean, easy parking convenient to where I had to go

Fully booked and didnt want to help

Homeless people around the property.

Wasn’t happy at all we ask for a nonsmoking room the restroom counter had cigarette burns . First morning found died roaches on the floor . Front desk no one is ever there only a sign saying they’ll be back . Every time I go up had to wait 30mins or more for someone to show up . I told them about the bugs they act surprise . When we check out was told won’t get our deposit back til they check room for any damages. Everything in that room looked if a dog bite all the furniture. We took pictures of everything when check in

We ask for a room that didn’t smell like cigarettes. In the restroom the counter had cigarette burn marks all over. First morning found two dead roaches on the floor I told the front office she was surprised . You can see out the bottom of the front door. Every time I went to the front office had to wait at least 30 minutes there was no one upfront, except a sign saying I’ll be right back. Some of the door looks of they were kick in room 139 . They’re so picky when we checked out. Was told we’ll get our deposit back in 30 days after they go through the whole room, look for any damage. All the furniture looked like it was bitten up by some dog. I took pictures of everything . Blanket look if they were washed with no soap .

The was damage prior to renting. Fridge shelving damaged, cabinet hinge broken, counter top loose.

First rom I was given, had the ceiling in the bathroom inside the shower. It had fallen down. Second room i found insects dead the next morning.

Very helpful, good people.

Had issues getting hot water when taking a shower and saw a cockroach in the room.

Conveniently located to shopping center with plenty of food options and stores alike on both sides.

Run down. Unsafe. Not very clean. Very good staff. Just not enough of them.

Very ghetto and a lot of homeless staying there

The property is conveniently located close to shopping and in walking distance to food

We checked in around 3pm and we were told that we were not in their system but she made a way and we went to our room. - 337. The carpet had so much stains on it- name it - coffee , shoe marks, white spots and one part by the table had a massive red soda spillage! The faucet in the kitchen area was leaking and no matter how much you tighten it - nothing happened. The sheets smelled bad, as if someone had just slept on it! The worst part was the bathroom - the sink was dirty and stained as well. The bathtub was the ultimate worst - it had black stains all over it!! It wasn’t just a spot but it was scattered all over the tub itself. We stayed a good 1hr. and got out. We checked out - handed the keys to the front desk and the lady there apologized - without us having to tell her why we are leaving asap. She knew right away how nasty and disgusting the room was !

At the time of my checkin a reception lady looked busy and not very welcoming. I am very tolerant with this, it can be a bad day or anything. However, she was just quick to give me a key, then she turned and headed to some back room. I had to stop her and inquired her about where is my room located, wi-fi, breakfast. Then, it's non-smoking area and rooms. But the room was just soaked with the tobacco smell. i could not sleep the 1st night. So after my 1st night, I just checked out and found another hotel.
