the breakfast isn't rich, only grab-and-go. a little smelly in the room. just an okay place to stay.

Very nice and cozy, except the water will leak from water tank when slightly pushing it. And they only clean the room once a week.

Just the small of the room and the cabinet are broken.

It was my second time staying at this place. Price was reasonable.

Towels because I had to mop the floor. These photos below just a highlight of the disgusting room. First room had blood on couch and dirty sheets.

Rooms were not ready at check-in. Half the lights in the room did not work.

The stairs were dirty, the paint needed to be done, it says kitchen utensils need to be ordered, which I received only after several visits to the reception!

I arrived for a weekend event and was very disappointed with the room. The room just felt very uncleanly and not welcoming. The carpets were stained and dirty, hair in the bed and restroom around the sink and in the bath tub and not the best customer service from the front desk. All-in-all, if you’re in a pinch and need somewhere to crash it wouldn’t be the worst options but I definitely couldn’t see myself staying there again unfortunately.

The stay was quick and fast check in, the ladies in the front desk very nice and helpful. When we got to the room in the restroom, there was hair all over the shower. There was a bandaid stuck on the shower wall, we also found a flossing pick on the floor by the beds. It was just poorly cleaned the room. I gave 3 stars because the its was smooth and staff was friendly but the room was very disappointing.

Arrived at property at night but No staff showing at front desk after calling emergency phone at front door or phone number left on Expedia. And Expedia doesn’t give option to start a refund.

it was in the middle of nowhere

I got there before check in and was told to go back. That’s fine. I knew it was a slim chance to check in. When I came back to check in, I had to wait such a long time. They definitely were not prepared for the amount of stays. Several guests had to wait due to no rooms available. I finally get my room. While I’m u loading there were a group of guys fighting (literally) in the parking lot. From the looks of it, they have long term guests that stay here. My key stopped working. Waited over an hour to get the fixed. Our restroom was leaking water from somewhere. Floor was all wet. The floor in the room was definitely not cleaned. Very unfortunate stay for my friends and I.

Front desk was not prepared for volume of guest at check in. Spent an hour in line at check in just to be told our room wasn’t ready after our long day of travel.

When I purchased a room at Extended Stay America Suites San Jose Sunnyvale for a very special trip, I thought with the word Suites in the name meant that it would be a little more updated and well tended, but that's not what I got. The check in was just over an hour long with one employee and one manager clicking his pen in the back (we could hear it) and when I arrived only 4-5 people to be checked in. The lady who checked us in answered her cell phone and left the room for over 5 minutes in the middle of a check in, and was texting in between customers waiting on their cards to clear and computer to load. I was booked for a queen bed, it was definitely a full as I own a queen so I could tell. The room was bare without even shampoo or a coffee maker, you had to order them at the front desk, and after check-in this DID NOT seem promising, so I didn't even bother. In the end, if you want a suite-like room with a kitchen that feels home-ish for the night, this is not the place for you. I would compare this place to be more like a Motel 6, but those are almost better, at least you have a coffee machine option in your room before arrival and half the price if not more than that!. Sorry to be rude I am just VERY disappointed with what I paid for the room it was definitely NOT a suite. -Mercedes
