Great, helpful staff, that will check you in fast (important to me since I work overnight traveling between STL and KC and back for my job, and Im exhausted by the time I get a room. Also easy to extend your stay for a day or two if you decide to. Clean rooms - clean sheets, clean beds, clean bathrooms. Large fridge, microwave, pretty much a full kitchen if youre staying for weeks. One of the best options in the STL area.

My visit was quite adequate. At the price point, I think that the facility matched up. I would have liked to see more people at the front desk though. Also, I'm extremely happy that Extended Stay is "Pet Friendly," yet something is going to have to be done about enforcement of the poop-scoop provisions. People were letting their dogs defecate all over the property, and not adhering to the necessary action of picking up feces. If the hotel could come up with a policy, perhaps a fee for those who choose not to follow the rules, it would make it a lot nicer for all the guests. Otherwise, I found the hotel to be quite pleasant.

My partner and I have been traveling across the country and have stayed at many hotels/motels. This was by far the best stay yet for an affordable price. VERY clean room and common areas. Staff was helpful and kind.

Was visiting family and just needed a place to lay our heads at night. Very rare to find any staff at the front desk and even when using the courtesy phone to get someone’s attention, still waited 15 to 20 additional minutes to have someone come to the desk. Despite staying there almost 10 days, no one ever came to clean our room or place fresh towels. Continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. It appeared as though the place had a lot of long term, questionable guests. One of the nights there appeared to be an incident of domestic violence and there were several squad cars at the hotel. Our room was on the first floor, right next to the stairwell and side exit and there was constant, loud, foot traffic in and out the doors and stairwell all night. If you just need someplace to lay your head at night this might be an okay place to stay but if you want more than that, stay elsewhere.

Probably the most comfortable stay that I have ever had the privilege to enjoy. The staff is pretty solid and reassuring, too. You can't ask for anything better.
