The toilet was dirty and it was food in the refrigerator from the last guest.

Ok just for a one night stay. Staff was really nice but property very run down. My room smelled horrible upon arrival. Smelled like feet and dogs. I wiped everything down with disinfectant wipes and they were dirty. Everything is old needs some remodeling. Appliances old and dirty. Probably wouldn’t book again.

Place smelled like smoke in and out the room and wall was falling apart

The hotel overall is good. I stayed there for one night, and the room was spacious and neat. Only thing is there were some weird stains/spots on a couple of the chairs that maybe needed to be cleaned a bit better, and the bathroom sink seemed to be clogged up a bit, since whenever I would wash my hands or brush my teeth, the water would fill up a bit and take a little bit to go down. Overall though, it's a pretty decent place to stay, especially if you're there for a quick pit stop or short amount of time. And I love how its close to a lot of things/places to eat that are easily walkable!!

The bathroom sink still had dried toothpaste on it. The refrigerator and freezer had food from previous.

The men at the desk were very welcoming, however, the elevator smelled terribly, the carpet in the room looked quite old and had cigarette burns in it, and the bathroom sink also had burn marks. No ice bucket, only one plastic cup. We are unlikely to stay at an Extended Stay facility if this is the way the main office maintains their facilities.

Staff was friendly, room was clean although the first 2 they gave me had unacceptable odors.

Building is very dated. No utensils or dishes. No chairs at tables. Workers try to make it nice for you.

Roomy and kitchenette is a big plus. Could have done a little better with cleaning as found chewing gum pressed into the floor. Had not yet changed out a damaged sofa and issues with exterior entry doors having trouble recognizing key cards had not been addressed. Pleasant staff and several restaurants within walking or very short driving distance.

This was awful. The first room we were given wasn’t clean, and we arrived at 7pm well after checkout and cleaning hours. The second room was an “upgrade” and was almost as bad. No garbage cans, no remote and the floor was filthy. Found clothes under the bed left behind from a previous occupant. If we hadn’t been so tired from 9 days of travel and not able to get our prepaid stay refunded, we would not have stayed. Hotel is worn, lobby was dirty- which should have been our first clue- obvious signs of water leaks from room above. This hotel deserves zero stars. Awful.

I definitely recommend this property. Reasonably priced, clean and spacious room and staff was friendly.

Stayed for 3 days/2 nights. Lobby very small, dark and grungy. Staff cordial, not welcoming. Did not lock any of the entrance doors to hotel at night. “Grab and Go" breakfast was 1 muffin and coffee/hot choc. Carpet in hallway also grungy. Room had certain smell, mold maybe? Décor maybe 1980’s and VERY, VERY basic, not inviting at all. Didn’t see bed bugs at that time, didn’t see any mold. Bathroom was fine, shower good pressure and hot water. Then came the “kitchen”. There was not ONE thing in the cupboards. No plates, cups, utensils, pot/pan, nothing. Had a kitchen towel and trash can, that was it! How do you advertise having a kitchen, yet you don't provide anything to use in it?! Next day, walked into lobby to go to room, bugs scattered on lobby floor. Then last morning, I seen the bed bugs! I screamed, jumped up, threw toothpaste in my mouth while throwing everything in our bags and ran out of that hotel. We have stayed at these hotels before but will NEVER again! DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!

Nice facility that met our needs for an overnight stay.

Quite dated. Okay for a night if passing through but not for an extended stay. Upgrade appliances needed

The staff at this extended stay was most helpful and kind. Thank you to the staff for prioritizing the customer. I felt like customer service was number 1

It was a safe place to stay, but I don't know that our room was cleaned. There was hair in the shower and bed sheets as well as items left in the drawers and cabinets. The room also smelled musty. The coffee was good in the morning but the breakfast was just granola bars and there was one muffin remaining at 6:15am.

The breakfast was pretty limited but the staff was very pleasant and the area surprisingly walkable. Would have appreciated if they had supplied the kitchen with more basics as the default.
