Parking was not good, icy, mutiple levels, no elevator. Did not smell good

It was a nice place to stay

They need to clean the bathroom better, floors need to be swept, mopped, air filters from air conditioners need to be up-kept better to consider people with allergies.

Hotel has all the basic amenities for an extended stay hotel. Hygiene items are not included but can be requested. Breakfast is actually just a coffee bar with some muffins. Room was clean but definitely shows signs of wear and tear, a little run down. But if you're just looking for the basics, this will do fine.

The front desk people last night and this am were just terrific helpful and so nice. The cleaning staff was lovely. Just a great place. Quiet and safe and clean

The parking deck had snow and the children were able to play in it. They enjoyed it one morning we saw five deer playing on the hill above the deck. That was cool!

The front desk gentleman, DaQuan I think it was, was super pleasant and made this stay bearable. The bed not having a skirt is an interesting choice - makes it look like a bottom-tier dorm room. Bathroom was icky but more from stain than lack of cleaning, it seemed. Bed was a cement block. Upon checking out the front desk (not DaQuan) said they were new and needed to be broken in. I hope that's true for the sake of future guests. We did not sleep :(

Kitchenette has no anything in it. You have to ask for plates and cookware at desk. Soap ans shampoo too. Little bit spartan

There were 4 big roaches in my room. I went down twice to see if I could get a room change. Staff was kind but unhelpful. They were fully booked so there was no where else for me to go. I was staying there one night and spent in my my car in the parking garage. When I asked about a refund the staff members mentioned the night before while checking out the next day, lady at reception was upset I asked and curtly told me to call Expedia and figure it out myself. I also had hives and allergies act up from all of the dust due to their renovation. They should fix those conditions before allegedly completely booking up the whole hotel.

Did not stay, bugs ran when the lights were turned on! Checked into another hotel

Arrived Friday evening and left Sunday morning. Floor of room was dirty and very dusty. Bed was broken underneath and very unstable. Not pet friendly, we had to wash both kittens due to how dusty the room was. Very loud neighbors and often reeked of weed. We kept them in the bathroom and had to check on them every few hours just because that seemed like the best place for them. We found a few roaches on the ground. We were in town for events and debated whether to leave or stay just because we weren't sure what we wanted to do. We managed to stay until the end but do not plan on returning nor would we recommend especially if you are traveling with pets.

Amanda and Jon were very professional. They explained the property was under renovation.Upgrades in some areas had been completed— and our room was clean and comfortable. One annoying issue, which I shared at checkout, was the window curtain lining needed to be replaced. It was worn/torn on the backside letting in light. And they needed to get a pest treatment in asap.

The hotel clerks were very friendly, which is the best thing about this hotel. The room was fairly clean, but we did see roaches at night. The water came out of the kitchen faucet brownish so we decided to buy bottled water. The ice trays were dirty so we bought a bag of ice. There were no dishes, pots or pans in the room. This had to be requested at the front desk. There was also no hair dryer, but that too was available at the front desk. The fitness room had not towels or wipes for the equipment. We managed here since we were out of the room most of the time.
