Definitely taking advantage of the fact that it was graduation for WSU and people that book late as first time college graduate parents. We spent over $300 for a disgusting room.

The pictures posted are far better than being here in person. It's much dingier than the cleaned up photos. Also, the pool area was closed without notice for our stay.

There was no hot water in the shower. Not enough towels for the guest. Chairs was ripped. Company charged me $50.00 and said I took 2 pillows when I brought my own pillows from home. Very bad place to stay and management not helpful.

Elevator wasn’t working and the stairs by our room was locked, so we had to walk back and forth to the other end of the building. Staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was definitely appreciated.

T.V's were so small, bathrooms didn't have much for toiletries. Very clean though. Breakfast was not very good. We got to breakfast at 8 a.m. and there was nothing left. That was disappointing. We actually left a day early even though we paid for the night. Just wasn't the best experience. Staff was very friendly though.

Fix the stairwell door locks for each floor. We choose to use the stairs and it was annoying that we could not use our room keys to open doors.

I reserved a hotel from March 13-16 and 16-17 at Fairbridge in Lewiston ID. The room was disgusting. There was mold spot on the ceiling in the bathroom, dirty towel and washcloths left in the bathroom, beds did not seem clean and we had an all over feeling of being dirty. We stayed one night and left and had to go to a different hotel. I am requesting a refund for 3 of the 4 nights due to the unsafe conditions.

Vent in bathroom was falling off the ceiling and was very dirty, toilet wouldn’t stop making noise the entire stay, after taking a shower the faucet wouldn’t fully shut off so water was constantly trickling all night, there was a big drain in the middle of the bed spread, worst pillows I have ever slept on barely got a wink of sleep. Overall not good, will not be back.
