FairBridge Inn & Suites Sunnyside

The jet tub was relaxingly awesome, the only thing wrong with that there was the noise. It is extremely loud, but that's okay given it drowns out any noise you may be making. The only thing other than that was the customer service was extremely rude, the lady the next day that is. We stayed up, given it was Valentine's eve, got breakfast and then fell asleep. Granted a beautfiful bed, we all slept peacefully right afterwards and slept in awakening to a rude reality and carry over of bad fortune and evil awakenings. A good morning was not in her vocabulary, instead it was and we're keeping your deposit or that we had to pay a twenty dollar deposit and who cares if she ruined our Valentine's day by her behavior, right? Thankfully we have enough love for each other that we surpassed that test of inconvenience, but that there attitude needs adjusting asap. Other than that, thanks.

Great experience. If I’m ever in the area I’ll definitely stay again

The carpet had a large hole in it at the door coming in the room. There was only one person on duty in the morning. A large group of workers had eaten then checking out. They consumed all of the food and then checked out. We had to wait until she had finish checking them all out before she was able to serve us. That took about 30 minutes and almost made us late for our event. She was great, and not her fault, she should have had another person to assist her.

for business dont staff if you dont have to, no elevator bad breakfast, no staff thats on the clock to help but their around eating and on their phone.

We just needed a clean place to spend the night. This place was perfect. Friendly staff, easy on/off freeway location. Good dining choices as well.

I enjoyed my stay along with my Saint Bernard. She had a good time too.

No smoke detector in the room and the remote is missing the back of it batteries are not working. We only had two bath towels. 😔☹️😩

Staff was underinformed, they didn’t know anything about breakfast times causing us to lose the perk, they said 7-10am and it was 6-9am They don’t have elevators. Only one entrance to the hotel. Won’t stay there again unless we really need it.

Overall the property was fine. The front desk staff were fine, but not extraordinary. The room was clean. The breakfast choices were minimal and we chose to eat elsewhere.

The staff were nice but the rooms are poorly laid out and run down. Paint peeling off the bathroom walls, damaged carpet. Toilet in our first room was clogged and the front desk person suggested we use a plunger since there was no on-call maintenance person. She did move us to a different room when we made it clear we weren’t interested in fixing our toilet. Breakfast was skimpy and the coffee in the lobby was cold. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had to ask for more towels.

The staff was nice and the room was clean. Just a little outdated. The price was good too.
