Fridge in room didnt work. Place is rundown. Continental breakfast had limited options.

It was nice to discover that there was an indoor pool and hot tub. I will be staying there again.

Easy check in, nice room. Quiet night. Worked as a stop on our way to Wyoming.

Staff were nice. But it is an older hotel. Mattress was sunken in, carpet was torn, bathtub was painted over but peeling. Pictures were deceiving lol. Lots of people appeared to be temporarily living there. Not for vacation.

I ASKED FOR A GROUND FLOOR AND WHEN WE GOT THEIR THEY GAVE US A SECOND FLOOR ROOM. I ASKED THEM TWICE IF WE COULD CHANGE IT THEY SAID NO. THAT WAS VERY HARD ON US FOR 5 DAYS UP AND DOWN THE STAIRS.

Although staff was amazing! I booked this room based off the cleanliness I read from the reviews. I was traveling with my emotional support dog so I knew I would be receiving a pet friendly room so I was not expecting a lot! The room had no smell and was clean. I did though find dog poop in the room in two separate areas. So this was disappointing as I have a dog who is sensitive to everything, this also made feel uncomfortable with if the room was actually cleaned? Pool was small and dark, best for smaller children. Breakfast was okay. I booked using Expedia so although the Hotel was very accommodating and offered me a refund contacting Expedia to allow the refund has been a horrible experience. Overall making this one night experience a headache. I recommend booking through hotel and not a third party.

Tv was in Spanish and took them 3-4 hours to fix it. Then too late Sink faucet had no aireator.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location. The "in room" refrigerator was very noisy during each cooling cycle which was too noticeable while sleeping.

The room was recently renovated but not finished. There was painter tape still showing and the paint job was not finished. Still drywall dust on the molding in the bathroom. The carpet had an odor, but this was a pet room so that was reasonable. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. Towels were a bit thin. Overall, based on the price, this was an okay visit.

Breakfast was very poor, with old leftovers. Everything else was ok.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds. But, I got a single king bed. The front desk said that there is no other rooms available

The place has no elevator, the pool was broke first night

Staff friendly and accommodating. Older hotel. Needs some painting. Small but adequate breakfast room. Would have liked some butter for toast and waffles. Good greenn space for dogs. Burger king right across from motel otherwise you need to drive a short distance for eating. Have a pool but out of order. Very reasonably priced.
