The location is convenient. Other than that, things go downhill fast. There is a lot of deferred maintenance that is starting to show. Shower drains slowly, bathroom electrical plug didn't work, carpets were frayed and worn thin, outside landscaping neglected, and more. This is a poor reflection on the Fairfield brand. We're unlikely to stay here again.

It was ok for one night. The air conditioning in our room did not work consistently and was very loud when it ran but then too quiet when it shut off so kept waking everyone up at night.

The room was clean but the pool was out of order and so was the ice machine. When I asked about these things I was told I could find another hotel and my money would be refunded. It seems to me that ice could have been brought in for customers. We were also not told when it was expected to be fixed.

The rooms we stayed in were clean, but one of the rooms had not been replenished with clean towels and I had to go ask for some at the front desk. Check-in took way longer than it should have because there was only one person working the desk, and he was on the phone for quite a while booking a reservation with someone. The pool was closed and the ice machine was out of order.

Straightforward Fairfield - decent room if a bit tired, couple of things missing (soap, hair dryer) but quickly replaced by the staff, good range of breakfast items. Staff universally friendly and helpful.

Was an ok place to stay. Nothing out of the ordinary or super special. Was super disappointed that there pool was closed off as I usually book a place just for the hot tub, but was told that if we wanted we could go to there chain near by and use the pool. Unfortunately they forgot to inform us that there hot tub was not working either. The gal working the front desk at check in was friendly, but the guy working the next morning was not and kind of rude. Beds were fine but could have been a little softer for my liking.

Clean and friendly staff. At check in I was informed there was not a reservation for me. Front desk staff said that was Expedia’s problem. Luckily they had a room available. I will be calling Expedia regarding this.
