I truly enjoyed my stay. Every staff member was pleasant that I encountered. The ladies at the front desk made sure both of my rooms were on the same floor. Thank you KerryAnn and to the other young lady (so sorry i can't remember name) for being welcoming. The rooms were clean and smelled great. Breakfast was delicious. Thanks to all dining staff for making sure food was hot and did not run out. Henderson beach right across the highway and other beaches short drive away. There are a plethora of restaurants to choose from.

The Hotel is really close to Henderson Beach State Park. It’s walkable but wouldn’t recommend it especially with kids weather wise plus you have to carry all your stuff. If you do walk it’s 2 bucks per person via car it’s 6 bucks to go in the state park. The Hotel is clean and smells clean Breakfast is good they change their hot breakfast daily a lot of fruit options. Make sure you wake up early for it coz it’s only 7-9am. Over all our stay was great The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating the rest of the staff should smile more ☺️

Overall was great, but on the floor where we stayed which was the third floor, the ice machine was broken and we had to go to the first floor to get ice, also there was 2 elevators and only 1 was operatable the whole time we were there.

Cleaning service was mediocre at best. Three day stay, trash wasn’t emptied one day, bed was halfway made another day…almost like they left in the middle of making the bed. We did get fresh towels every day. Breakfast was standard fare for hotels these days. Front desk had nobody at the desk to check us out, but a basket full of keycards.
