Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott El Centro

Great location. Will stay again!

Our stay was great and we were very comfortable with our room and beds. The only issue was an unrepaired hole in the carpeting in front of the refrigerator and the bathroom floor needs a re-model due to the low sinking spot in front of the vanity. Could be hazardous. Wallpaper is stained and peeling . Location was great and close to everything. For the most part we were happy with our spacious room which had a separate sitting area with couch and tv. Amenities were great and staff was very friendly.

Convenient to all amenities

We were set up on the 4th floor which was under construction but yet the hotel failed to disclose this information. The floor hall way smelled like a sewage. There were construction pieces all over the floors. It took a long time to get water.The room we received had a stain on the sheet. There was what appears to be a blood stain on the shower wall. The were hard to turn on. They moved me to the room next door and it wasn’t much better either.

Safe

Our key did not work properly we had to get it made 3 times. Our bathroom made a noise after flushing it lasted several annoying minutes. For the price per night not worth it: hotel needs more upkeep

Building needs maintenance

Great stay

Ice machine out of order 2 days, waffle maker out of order, metal frame sticking out of bed, very painful.

The breakfast was the worst I have ever had. I'm embarrassed for you. Frozen burritos still in wrapper served, waffle maker wasnt working 1 individual box of cheerios available turkey sausage patties served but no eggs no potatoes rye bread bagle or english muffin salsa available but for what looked like they begged neighbors for anything available for the price of the stay and Marriott name expected better than that best western has had better and at least options totally embarrassed for you staff was wonderful beds comfortable but that's it

The suit was big and clean

Sofa bed not cleaned. It was still out. Cleaning supplies left in the room as well as dirty towels . As if the room wasnt done being cleaned. The quality of the furniture is poor. Stained wood table and closet door rails wouldnt allow door to close. Hotels.com pictures of this place are completly old or false. And for sure it would have been nice to know the pool wasnt clean and the jacuzzi didnt exist anymore. Definitely not recommend.

We were just here for an overnight stay and we got a great night sleep.

Hotel Staff very friendly are ready to asst. guest . Elite Team work for sure.

Wish more options for breakfast

Entire Hotel user friendly. Morning breakfast was a winner.

The bed was very lumpy with deep indentations, the refrigerator was not working and one of the lamps was not plugged in. There was NO Hot water. They were able to move us to a room with hot water; however, our relatives were not so lucky. They never had hot water.
